A word of warning which I learned the hard way, NEVER buy discounted Chanel perfumes from anywhere online because they're FAKE! I was told this by an assistant in Boots. Only buy direct from Chanel or obviously the well known stores. I was scammed.

I waited 2 weeks for my order!! When it arrived it had no cellophane round the box, it seemed like it had already been opened!! When spraying the perfume it smelt nothing like what it should do!! I know this because I’ve used this aftershave for years!!

I purchased the Maya necklace & Kareena bracelet. Both items arrived in good time and are lovely to wear. I'm very pleased with my purchase.
There was also a technical issue with my order, but the Team managed to sort this very quickly and provided a great service!

Unfortunately we don't offer any Jewellery boxes or pouches at this moment in time and nor we do we advertise that we do.
We hope that in the future as the brand grows we can offer extras such as this.
In the meantime, as we have offered to previous customers, we are more than happy to contribute towards the purchase of a jewellery box. If you decide to buy one and show us proof of purchase we would be more than willing to pay partly towards said purchase (within reason)
