Amazing app! If you need to talk to someone or want specialized advice… there are so many different types of therapists and specialists to chose from on MYNDUP. Definitely download and give them a try!

Incredible service and so affordable! I've managed to have a few sessions now with different practitioners including Krissy, Spiros and Jermaine. What I've found is that they are all really kind and amazing coaches who help to change perspectives in a profound way.

I am loving my bi-weekly sessions with MYNDUP, I've never experienced coaching before now and after a few months I can already feel the benefits of my time spent with Krissy. I have been so impressed by Myndup. There is such a large variety of different therapists that offer so many different techniques there will be something effective for everyone. Everyone I have come across have been incredibly helpful and professional. I feel so much better after using this service. The NHS scheme is phenomenal and with covid as well as other personal issues I could not be more grateful for such an excellent service. Deeba in particular is wonderful

I have recently had my first session and felt at ease right from the start despite my initial pre-meeting nerves and have no doubt that the professionalism that I experienced will carry on throughout.

I had a really helpful session with Rhydian, which enabled me to look at things from a different perspective and change my focus to looking forward at the opportunities. Also he gave some excellent tips for LinkedIn. Would highly recommend.

MYNDUP is an excellent counselling resource - I have enjoyed every session and found it very easy to sign up. I also appreciate the webinars and other resources I receive from MYNDUP in between my sessions. Excellent service, I would highly recommend. Very easy to use, great people and it has been a massive help for me.

I have been using the service of MYNDUP for 2 weeks now. I find it very useful, especially as it is via video call through a secure platform. The system is very user-friendly and fast. I could check the profile of all the coach and counselors and choose who I felt more comfortable with. I could start with a 30 minute session to get to know the counsellor.
The customer service is fantastic and genuine!

Worth investing in our mental health and wellbeing, especially in weird times like this one!

Myndup is awesome. I am a 33 year old male working in a professional job where stress levels can run high and it's recently been affecting my work / life balance. With guidance from Joel the founder and Myndup's easy to use website I found Nikki (@mindfulswan) who is helping me to improve my balance, help set realistic goals and get my mental health back on track. I couldn't recommend the company enough, contact them even to have a chat you won't regret it.

Myndup and Joel have been very helpful in helping me kickstart my business. Joel had been very insightful with giving me some direction and helping me to make decisions with more knowledge and know-how then I otherwise would have.
