I fell for their AI generated ad with…

I fell for their AI generated ad with “Tom Hanks.” Next day a “representative” called. I felt he was trying to sell me something. After I answered “no” to all of his healthcare questionnaire questions, he gave up. While waiting in pharmacy line I found trustpilot.com. Realized it was fake after reading the reviews and seeing the return policy was not as advertised. Fortunately I disputed the CartPanda charges to Goldman-Sachs (Apple Pay) and they reversed the charges.

I am very upset I sat and watched that whole video which went on and on about special ingredient called Bilberry. Well, I pay for item and receive it only to find out they don’t even use that ingredient. They use mostly grape seed oil. Are you kidding me? I’m very upset

Too Early to Tell

I just started this program about 3 days ago. So far, I can only say it doesn't taste bad...sort of a fruity flavor. I am going to continue with it since I bought 6 bottles and spent over $300.00 on them. I will write another review later, after I have used up the first bottle. Also, someone called me stating he was my representative support. He wanted to sell me a bunch of extra pills to enhance the results. I told him I was not ready to put more money into this thing. I will let you all know what my tentative results are.

Total scam.

Total scam.

The video is definitely AI facilitated. AI will create whatever you tell it to.

Click on the website link included with the product information at the top of this review page.

It’s not even a 2- page site. The study references at the bottom of the page don’t even pertain to the product.

The offers don’t match the video, and when I clicked to see about ordering 2 bottles @ $89 (not the 3 for $294 deal advertised in the video) it took me to a totally different product for pituitary support, and the additional “tells” mentioned by the other reviews here were crystal clear.

If you also check in Amazon, in one place it says they’re capsules but the photos show bottles of liquid and it’s even cheaper there. There are several sellers with no reference if you click on the seller name. Cheapest bottle is $29.

Beware of any ad that says “only a few left” get it now.

Do your research. We have more toools than ever before.

This company put my charge through 6 times. I called & canceled the order. I can’t get a human to talk to. I have no trust in this company. Even my phone will not let me use their contact info. It states it’s an unsecured site. Bad news.

For those who haven't seen the fine print here it is

It's all bs even YouTube doesn't want anything to do with it they have a disclaimer on there stating. "This site is not a part of the Youtube website or Youtube Inc. Additionally, This site is NOT endorsed by Youtube in any way. YOUTUBE is a trademark of YOUTUBE, Inc."
they stated their FDA approved in the video and then this disclaimer is in the fine print "The information on this website has not been evaluated by the Food & Drug Administration or any other medical body. We do not aim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness or disease. Information is shared for educational purposes only." What are they trying to teach how to scam helpless and naive senior citizens of money they can't afford to spend"
I clicked on the contact auction and here's what I got:

I watched the sales pitch on NeuroDyne...

I watched the sales pitch, they used a reputable Doctor, this doctor said that the three ingredients for brain support was Curcumin, reversatrol, Rosmerinic. I don't believe this company is affiliated with this reputable Doctor. I looked up the ingredients in it, and it didn't have any one of these listed ingredients. There's no phone number or email to contact them, and it wasn't easy finding the real ingredients in it. This company seems to be scandalous. Now if I could just find a way to let this Doctor know that they are selling something with false information under his name.

Ai deep fake

This company with its attractive ai insta ads, ai generated fake celebrity endorsements, and fake FDA certification is a must avoid. After waking up from a nightmare after purchasing, I did a deep dive and discovered that everything about them is a fake. Their website in Portuguese is half built and they list themselves as a cosmetics company on PayPal. They are currently trying to ship their product to me from an undisclosed location overseas on a shipping site called 17Track which is also from another country. Their cart is PandaCart (which anyone can build off of) and their customer service number listed with PayPal doesn't work. I did receive a refund from PayPal. Consume at your own risk, a big risk.

Unable to contact anyone to return order of NeuroDyne just received

I placed an order for 6 bottles of Neurodyne and my credit card was charged immediately for $317.52. The package arrived & is unopened. I am currently under the care of a Neurologist and when I mentioned this to him, he absolutely forbade me to take any of the medication. Therefore, I am attempting to return the product in accordance with the stated Guarantee. I am unable to contact anyone to do so.

A total scam

A total scam. I would put 0 but I can't. The presentation talks about certain ingredients, but when you are at the end of the presentation they talk about difference ingredients. I also did not get a receipt for my purchase.I have reported this company to the BBB. I tried immediately to cancel my purchase through my bank but it had already gone through. I lost a significant amount of money. and I had to cancel my credit card.

Slick A.I SCAM!

Very slick A.I. created scam. Watched the whole presentation. Very convincing but if you pay attention the recording is of the faces that look real is glitchy and unnatural with the words being spoken. Really pathetic playing on people's emotions and desire for a cure of a very real, debilitating health change. They are mixing fact with fiction. Only 12.9/100 legit score on scam-detector. Don't be fooled by this A.I. produced scam! They are playing on your emotions. Read the one-star reviews!

Horrible customer service

I ordered the products and wanted to return them due to the ingredients conflicting with other medication I’m taking. This company will not give me a return address label or even an address of where to return the product to.
I’ve emailed them four times and they keep responding with offering me a discount to keep the products. It’s been two weeks and I have yet to receive the address of where I can return the products to get a refund. (Before this, they called me every day, interrupting my day, wanting to talk about their products, now I can’t get a return returned call.). Horrible customer service, I don’t even know if the product works, but I would never use it due to the customer service I’ve experienced.

Didn't even try

Didn't even try. The way lengthy, repetitive infomercial giving no real information was a dead giveaway that this product and company are fake. An insult to intelligence plus preying on desperate hopeful elders. And WTH was Cher doing there? She should sue.

Billberry and grape seed extract?

Their fake video states how billberry and grape seed extract are the key main ingredients. Yet their product doesn't contain them? How would you know because they don't even show the ingredients from their label? They reference two mushrooms, bacopa and ginkgo in their frequently asked questions. No mention of billberry or grape seed extract.
