I ordered 4 dressed in march of this year. it's been 7 months and I haven't received any of the dresses. I've tried to contact the company a bunch of times. twice they agreed to resend my order due to a shipping mistake, but even after all that I still haven't received any of the dresses I purchased. I've tried to get my money refunded but they haven't yet agreed to do so.
It's a terrible website and a total scam. Don't shop on their website.

Awful company. Took over 3months to arrive and then one of the items shipped bore no resemblance to the dress advertised. The other was around 4 sizes larger than expected. I complained requesting a refund as the items are not as advertised and the response was , 'please return (to abroad) and we refund you 30%'?! I responded no, these items are faulty and not the items requested, sent photos. After nonsense repsonses, strangely their FB and messaging service disappeared/blocked me.

I wouldn’t write this one star but you have to rate it some thing. They are a total scam I got my five items like 3 1/2 months later. They are all too big which never happens to me. I’ve contacted them like 12 times they finally get back to you and they say you have to return it to China and they won’t do anything about it. Do not buy. How do we take them off of social media and the website?

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BRAND.
My order took two months to arrive and I only received one out of two items.
The dress looks nothing like it does on the website and is poor quality.
It is also impossible to return items as you need to email to get a return address. I have received no response and so feel like I have been scammed.
I’ve emailed multiple times and received no response.

SCAM DO NOT ORDER.

Business has a London address but it is based in China. I ordered in April 2021 and after a month had still heard no information. I contacted them and they told me half of my items were not ready, and the other half had been lost by the shipping company (i am pretty sure it had never even been shipped). It took over two months, and many many messages for PART of my order to come. I didnt even open the package as I was so annoyed at how long it took, I then paid £8 to send it back after arguing for the returns address.

I eventually got a partial refund for the items i returned as I opened a paypal dispute and kept asking.

I am still waiting for a refund for the items that I paid for and have never received and i'm unable to open another paypal dispute.

This company is an absolute scam, and absolutely awful. I have asked the company many times and they just say 'your order is on your way' and it took over a month for me to gather the return address.

For those who have ordered i'd keep contacting the provider you paid through to try and get a refund.

I have contacted trading standards to report this company.

I would give no stars if I could. Order over two months ago and my order still says "awaiting shipment." I written SEVERAL emails to the listed gmail and have tried to get in contact via FB but haven't gotten a reply from wither source. Big bummer. Don't waste you money.

Ordered on the 15th May and still no items. Emailed them and facebook messaged them with no reply. Online it says the items haven't even been shipped yet.... I think they never will be. Now I have the delightful task of trying to get my money back (which was quite a lot).

AVOID. SCAM.

Agree with everyone below, I’ve actually did receive my order but 1 thing was missing & now trying to get a return address they just do not reply I’ve opened a PayPal request on them but it’s going nowhere!!! They just keep putting the resolution date back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!

SCAMMERS!!!!!!! Ordered in april. No item, no refund. Robbing people of their hard earned money they should be banned from trading.

Total SCAM. Will be contacting the BBB. I’ve messaged them multiple times over Facebook messenger (if that isn’t reason enough to believe they’re a scam) and all they say is “please don’t worry. your package was handed over to freight.” How do they not have tracking? Because it’s a scam.

SCAM. I did receive my items, unlike other customers, however they looked nothing like the images online and were awful quality. I received no reply when I emailed about a return so resorted to messaging them on facebook. Here they told me I would have to pay the costs of returning to China, when I outlined my consumer rights the account blocked me so I could no longer message them! AVOID AVOID AVOID

There really should be an option to give negative stars as this “company” doesn’t even deserve one. This is a scamming business based in China who will take your money and not send you the goods. They targeted me through Instagram ads using another brand’s content, and have also bought followers to make themselves look authentic. They are deleting all comments, including mine, on their Instagram page of anyone complaining they have taken their money and not delivered the goods.

They email you from a gmail account to inform you that you’ll receive shipping info within 3-5 days. This won’t arrive, and nor will the actual items. After nearly 15 days of hearing absolutely nothing, I had to open up a PayPal dispute to get my money back. They are a disgusting company and sincerely hope they will be removed from all digital platforms ASAP. I’ve been constantly reporting their social pages, so hopefully some action will be taken here. AVOID like the plague!!
