so I was going to come back and give these guys 5 stars but a little bit annoyed at there reply, there lie saying I sent two wrong email address is incorrect.

So they did finally reach out after this review and offer the refund but they have made some updates now making the platform better, there deep research, think options sell them selves and I find my self using that more then Claude. After Claudes recent update and them basically wanting everyone to pay £200 a month I gave Ninja AI a run for it's money and honestly it's better, I'm loving it now. It does struggle a bit with long chats and it would be nice to set preferences but it's well worth the money. Then with there video integration too 10/10 I feel this is the new go to AI system.

They have made is easier to pick a AI to use, right now I'm using Claude on there system but Ninja AIs own AI in all honesty isn't bad at all and the ability to switch back and forth in one chat I love.

The only one thing I will say needs improving is there storage, on the side bar you see every chat, so say I'm in a chat every time I do a prompt it lists at the side and it can get long and it really needs projects something to keep things neat.

Give it a try though, I've recommended this to a few guys I know and there has been no complaints, keep it up Ninja AI

Ninja is easy to use and very informative. It works quick and efficiently. I enjoy using it very much.

One of the most complete AI platform I ever tried. It works perfectly, it is quite fast and it offers the amazing Flux Pro 1.1, which is quite an unique for these services. So, super good. I would like to see a search option for the previous chat, that is missing so far, but they are adding features every second week, so I bet it will be there too.

We use Ninja for deep research projects which it performs quite well. Some of the issues we've had are with the model not "remembering." Even if you've given the project a name and a code, it seems like you are starting over if the project isn't completed immediately. The other is that with the smart logic and the user and assistant offering suggested next steps, these are not paths we want to follow, so keeping it focused on the task at hand is difficult at times. I'll be the first to admit that I might be providing incomplete prompts or not being specific in my requests. We are a small firm that is embracing AI and have a lot to learn.

Its a developing platform. There are features missing, and certain things are dysfunctional.

Excellent and cheap with all the most recent to available. Interface a little confused, it should be possible to delete and catalog the queries

Just finished my 6 tasks and not 1 was a smidgeon close to what i asked. Its junk.

Reached out. They let me use 2.0 for 1 week and 3 days in i deleted it. Anything with the Gemini platform is biased when it comes to information and Ninja's platform coukdnt handle simple generation commands, whether information gathering or picture making.

I've been using it for 1 month, and I have never seen so many errors in my life! I'm a python developer and even my grandma could write better codes and make less errors. A complete waste of my time. It doesn't even know how to apply indentations :)

My experience with Ninja AI has been significantly below expectations. I subscribed with the hope of utilizing its coding capabilities, specifically for generating Visual Basic code for candlestick charts. However, the AI repeatedly failed to produce functional code for this basic task.

I contacted support multiple times to address this issue, providing detailed examples of the AI's shortcomings. I even offered to share my conversation logs with the Ninja AI as evidence of its inadequate performance. Unfortunately, the response time from support has been excessively long, and despite my offers to provide evidence, I have received no meaningful resolution.

This combination of poor AI performance and unresponsive support has led to a highly frustrating experience. I cannot recommend Ninja AI based on my interactions. Prospective users should be aware of the potential for lengthy support delays and the AI's inconsistent coding abilities.

Output by it’s own ninja agent is rubbish, and they don’t respond to requests for help/support.

support button does not work, you are not able to feed new chats from other chats ( in order to keep the idea between different conversations, like chtagpt does), the superagent turbo something it does not collect the entire question (it's a little bit difficult to explain)...I'm googling by using "myninja.ai"where to find the support channel/mail even I sent a Linkedin message and nothing...guys as the other comment good idea but no right for offering to the public. (I'm a Standard user). I'm a little bit disappointed cos I'll back to my free tier chatgpt account, that works better that yours Standard tier.

One of the most important factor in any kind of business is customer support. I have been using the service from past 2 months and yesterday when I paid my invoice, got receipts in email. I haven't been able to access the perks of the premium service. It threw error on trying to create ticket on website. Sent and email and got no reply. No reply thought twitter or instagram or zendesk. It instantly errored all my trust. It feels horrible, helpless and cheated if you are not even getting any reply from the service especially right after you paid. This is worse than facing technically problems. Moreover I see the company replying to Trustpilot reviews promptly but not to support email.

Y'all seriously miss lead me on this as ai service I have had chatgpt plus since December 2022 and the openai API keys since 02/23/22 and when I was so your AI and what your development was capable of and all these things I said no I'm going to get it forget the free version let me get the you know I'll pay for it get so I can get all of you use all the all the different features Man that was terrible first off it don't search you didn't give me it didn't get the right answers it's searching for things that I didn't even ask for and the only one of the agents that actually give me some get my answer what's the chat GPT so that's what I'm saying that's all I can figure that was when I wanted his whole process trying to do all these things these projects that I was doing and hopefully I was like okay well looks like I do it right quicker on this so let me let me so I get get this too just to realize that none of the ninjas or the super ninjas none of the all none of them did anything except for keep having me to have the correct them and the only one that did anything was the one that I actually had the service for for the past 3 years so terrible I mean I'm definitely canceling my subscription

It's a wonderful collaboration of AI models, but it still has limitations and the fact there's no app is puzzling to me. Although, I was asked in a message to review Ninja AI, I cannot say I have used it enough "yet" to offer a total review. I may update this review after some good use of Ninja AI. I have high expectations...
