Again another smooth and excellent service from Neil and Megan. I’ve used Neil’s expertise for at least 5 years now and he always provides up to date information and is super helpful with sorting the mortgage.
Megan was absolutely amazing chasing our solicitors all the time, keeping us informed when we needed to extend our mortgage offer. I can’t highly recommend them enough and will be using them again in 5 years when our fixed term is up.

My husband and I are very happy with the service provided by the Notebook Money company, especially with Neil Purnell and Megan Tilley’s help. We have been with them for the past 7 years and always received the very best advice. Neil helped to find the best mortgage deal available to us and Megan processed all documents swiftly. They patiently answered to our numerous questions and contacted the mortgage provider on our behalf. The communication was, as always, timely and accurate. My dealings with Neil at notebook money have been great over the past 3 years including reoccurring but to let mortgages so i would definitely recommend.

These people are absolute scammers! They fraudulently enrolled me in their program too. They unlawfully withdrew the money. Do not trust them under any circumstances. They tricked me into writing a review, promising to return my money. I trusted them and wrote it honestly, but the money was never returned — it completely disappeared. This is outrageous, shameless fraud, and they must be exposed so no one else falls into their trap!

Nice to be informed that a credit will be passed.
I was not aware that monies will be taken from my account.
Looking forward to a credit on my account, then I wont be on the red anymore.

I have no idea what company this is and I've been debited from my account twice.
Very scary situation.
However the support team listened to my situation and have agreed to assist with refunding my money.

Kenny is assisting in resolving the issue by forcing me to change my review and give 4/5 stars and lie by saying I’m happy saying if that’s not done then they won’t refund money that was fraudulently stolen from my account without my permission.

The service I received is horrible, I clicked on a link that was showing reduced prices on air fryers in my mind I was purchasing an air fryer next thing I’m subscribed here. I then sent an email for cancellation immediately few days later I was debited again. I went on the portal to enquire didn’t really get much help as I was told an email was sent and I didn’t receive it.

Thanks so much for your help as long my money will be put back to my account l will really appreciate and be happy also because I never know that this notebook company is using takealot advert to get the customer that is quite very ridiculous

a total scam. over 1600 was fraudulently taken from my account, by hackers or whoever, and when I contact them, they brush it off pretty much saying, oh well, too bad. Only name I have seen in the emails is Grace. Beware of this place

This is a scam! You unknowingly get signed up for a membership at €2.00 per day and when you go to cancel they say;
"Our policy requires that a subscription be canceled before renewal to qualify for a refund."
But NO RENEWAL DATE IS GIVEN!!
I ended up having to cancel my bank card altogether!!

It's been wrong. I paid for a Dior package. But it some how, I paid for something else. But I contact, and I got help. So I got my money back. Thanks for all help.🤗🌸🙏
