Surprise Pricing Change
The price for the policy I’ve held for 3 years more than doubled since last year, and I was not told prior to getting to the renewal. I needed the policy and didn’t have time to search for a new one, but I most likely will before next time I need to renew. I’ve always appreciated the pricing and how easy it was to maintain this policy, but I am definitely frustrated that the price increase wasn’t communicated at all.
