On two occasions, my account was debited for purchase which I didn't carry out because all the listed items for purchase were not of my choice, hence I unsubscribed from Myoutdoorway. I have since been warmly assisted to be refunded by the Escalation Team. I must say the team is very helpful, reliable and treat each case on its merits. Thank you Myoutdoor Escalation Team.
