Great product. Fast delivery. Highly recommended

The pump arrived in a couple of days, fantastic service.

Very quick delivery of product ordered and pump was easy to install

Delivered before the tracking caught up with the pick up. Well packed

Only problem was that I didn’t know that I had to unload the 160kg machine off the truck myself.

Great service and delivery time excellent, we have just used our Sear mincer and it has exceeded are expectations, we expect to get a lot of mincing done with this unit.

Brought a product that was faulty paint keeps chipping into the mixing bowl. When asking ozshop to replace it with ourwarranty. We got a rude reply saying that they have never had a problem with any of there products before and made it difficult to communicate with. I advise you if you're an Australian ozshop is a rip off poor service and then are rude and hard to deal with when you need actual customer service

myOZeshop were fantastic to deal with. I bought a bore pump and had a few questions on the product and how i could get it to work how i wanted it to and they were responded to very quickly and during a weekend. They provided really useful advice and the products i bought were delivered very quickly and i am very happy with the service and the products!

They have misleading information regards to their guaranteed shipping method; they lost my parcel and not being responsible to take actions to cover my loss.

I paid $1200 for a food mixer, MyOZeshop claimed they will ship all parcels with AU Post or TOLL to Sydney Metro area UPTO 3-4 days on their website but instead they shipped my parcel with Allied Express, a horrible company weighted only 1.5/5 on Google, and what happened after 2 weeks was they lost my parcel, and when we asked MyOZeshop if they can resend another one to us as we cannot wait any more even we are willing to pay for the resend and return postage to MyOZeshop if Allied Express found our parcel. They refused and not guaranteeing us when we’ll receive the one we bought 2 weeks ago.

At this time, our parcel is still not delivered, based on follow up calls to Allied Express and MyOZeshop, my parcel is still lost, and both companies are not standing up to take actions and guarantee me when my parcel will be delivered and how my loss will be covered.

Super quick delivery, extremely happy and will definitely be using again.

Goods arrived promptly and functioned as expected. would use again.

I am from Brisbane and my water tank pump gave up the ghost and leaked everywhere. The quote to fix it was around $195 a new one was about $530.
I found "myOZshop" had one with my specifications for $229 (including free freight) I telephoned and I was told someone would phone me and when they did I asked about a few more specs, so I then was told if I got my order in before 12pm it would get dispatched this day. I completed the order (this was Monday) and I received it on Friday morning and installed it and had it operating by after lunch...... THAT IS SERVICE.
