Very straight forward process start to finish.

It can be intimidating to start a process when you don't have a clear expectation of how the process works. MyPace made it easy, gave clear updates for next steps and constant reminders to setup expectations. Dr Sanju George was empathetic to my case and listened very calmly. It is a relief to get my diagnosis.

Thanks Adam Fletcher for guiding me through my diagnosis. Review is only based on booking and diagnosis. Everything’s been quick and professional so far.

I find MyPace great to work with as you are essentially paying for the parts that you will use. They are responsive, helpful and quite quick in their responses. Also their availability is good and even early/late and in the weekends. One thing I do have to mention, and this is more the NHS's fault than MyPace (as they do warn you for this) is that my GP practice per default just denied the share care as soon as the first letter was sent to the GP.
The GP called me and told me this was because of the "NHS's red tape". Which is unbelievable for an organisation that's already struggling. However, when that happened I could continue with my MyPace medication and fast-track my ADHD diagnosis through the NHS, so there's that.

Was recommended MyPace for my ADHD assessment for a really well priced assessment without breaking the bank.
Pre-Assesment forms were easy to follow and fill in, and admin were always ready to answer any questions you need answering. Had to re-book multiple times and MyPace always helped me to get a different assessment time.
Super straightforward assessment was done by Dr. Kamila Haider. Assessment went very smoothly and straight to the point.
Very impressed so far by MyPace's professionalism. Just waiting for my appointment to start titration!

My experience was very positive. Dr Roshan was great really listened to what I had to say and was very understanding. He seemed genuinely interested in helping me and was very easy to talk to. I’m glad I booked the assessment and everything was very straightforward. Highly recommend.

The process of booking and getting the help you need is really streamlined, and the time and process of paying for the things you really need is easy to do. My doctor is really helping to guide me through the process and for that I'm really grateful.

Doctor didn't arrive for my appointment so it was rescheduled then unbelievably he didn't show up for my rescheduled appointment. No communication, you're just left there waiting. Frustrating because I have paid up front and have had to book time off work twice for two failed appointments.
If you're thinking of booking at mypace I would advise you do your homework and find somewhere that respects their clients.
EDIT: (I’m editing my review from an 1 star to an 3) After a rocky start Rosie at MyPace was quick to rectify the problems I had been having. I was quickly booked in with another consultant who was equally as apologetic. Rosie and Belle have been fast to communicate via phone and email to provide insurance receipts and general queries. I’m still at the start of my process with mypace and I’ll add more stars and edits of this continues successfully.
Edit 2 (April 25-updated to 5 stars) Although the start of this process was a bit of a let down mainly due to one consultant if I’m being honest, everything since that incident has been fast and professional. Can’t fault the service and id now highly recommend MyPace for their professionalism, speed and unique pricing model which breaks the diagnosis cost in to much more manageable chunks compared to their competitors.

Awful experience. Appointment was scheduled for 12 - I waited until 12.45 before logging off as no clinician showed up! Have emailed and waiting a response to reschedule asap.

Needed a diagnosis fast: from booking my appt to receiving a positive diagnosis it took less than a month.
I had Adam fletcher as my assessor and he sent my diagnosis report the very evening I was diagnosed. They made every step of the process very understandable, and I felt in good hands. Adam was very caring and understanding as my assessor and made me feel calm throughout. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend to anyone who finds the years long nhs waitlist daunting.
