These people have left off with mold, rat and roach infestation. A ceiling caved in no gutters. Refuses to repair damages or remove the mold. Workers are illegal and unlicensed. They are slum lords do not rent from this property ever.
My Pad are a bunch of crooks. Took £150 security deposit plus £1200 from my son for advance rent. He was unable to stay for more than 3 days due to the condition of the kitchen. He was unable to stomach the smells from the blocked drains. Once the drains were unblocked he was unable to return due to his disability (ASD). My Pad have ignored all of our emails and despite saying we would get a refund have not complied. Do not send young vulnerable people to this accommodation. DISGRACEFUL MYPAD.
