Very misleading. Requested refund immediately! And they only refunded partial for doing absolutely nothing. I paid $208, they are only refunding $59.

One week after submitting all information via online I realized that I did not need your services. My credit card was charged and have reached out numerous times asking for a refund. I have received confirmation that I would be refunded. However, nothing has been refunded. I also reached out via phone numerous times and still no refund. At no time recently have I reached a real person. Your computerized secretary has given many promises, but to no avail. I question the validity of your so called "company". Please advise....

I would give them a 0 if it was an…
I would give them a 0 if it was an option!! I was initially on the travel.state.gov National Passport Center website and when time to pay I don’t know how I ended up on MyPassportHUB, but the received my $320 for me and my husband’s passports! Never received the passports and definitely can’t get a human on the phone only virtual Claudia. I had to transfer me about 12 times today to an agent and still no one answered the phone. This is a fraudulent company, MyPassportHUBbecause if I had known the payment center transferred me to my passport hub I would’ve deleted the application and not paid! Is there anyway I can get my $320 refunded NOW!
