Don't waste yr time, it's a scam. Offer free CV service, after you fill it all in you have to pay a subscription. If I could give minus stars I would.

I have been scammed 😡😡😡😡😡😡. I nearly always check on trustpilot i don't know why i didn't this time round. I phoned up the company today and spoke to someone called Yosealyn regarding an unexpected payment oc £16.95 which came out my account today. Bear in mind I already paid for my CV. This woman was really nice seemed understanding, I told her I wanted to cancel this so called subscription which i never asked for and told her I already paid for my CV. She told me that 14 days later you get put into a subscription which the site didn't say nothing about that. She said she would email me my confirmation but even now I haven't received any emails. I have had to now freeze my bank card and order a new card because of these people I am do PISSED.

It’s not made clear at the start that they will charge you.

This company charges a fee for CV and cover letter, seems fair till you realise you are signed up for subscription, SCAM

The company has unlawfully put charge on my account of £16.95 for subscription I did not have, after me cancelling a trial and uninstalling the app. They ignored my emails so the legal dispute have been raised and investigation upon theft begun.

Crooks, I was aware it was a subscription but they intentionally make it difficult if not impossible to cancel so you have to stop transactions at your bank.

Be very careful using this service. I needed to do a cv for my son quickly. Found this website which I thought was free to get a template, except it turned out I had to pay £2 to download one cv, fine. After downloading the cv, we realised there were far too many pages (it was not clear on their website) so tried to edit the downloaded copy. It was so much hassle and hard to edit, we had to abandon it and just use a Google free template. 2 months later I realised I had been charged £16.95 for the last 2 months. I really thought I'd opted to make one off payment for one copy. Admittedly the email did say they would take this amount out every 4 weeks, which I had missed. This is a complete rip off. Not only this, the website doesn't even allow you to cancel the subscription. Whilst I admit I missed this info about the reoccurring charge, I wouldn't have even bought the £2 template had it been clear on their website. This is very underhanded, they rely on people missing information intead of being transparent in the first place. £36 for a terrible cv that couldn't be used!!

I wanted to update my CV so paid this firm, I think around £5.00 for what I understood was 10 day access to the site. Today, £13.95 was deducted from my account for a subscription I definitely did jot understand that I signed up for.

Pricing was unclear and after using the service once they continued to charge me for over a year not once emailing to remind me, I missed the payment coming out as it was on my credit card, like all these companies they start a subscription on the sly!!!
