I went months without receiving my package to not even get what I paid for I ordered 28 boric acid capsules and only got 14 I also bought it as a deal to come with 7 wap capsules for £50 and I never received it, the customer service was not good I got ignored completely the absolute worst for customer service and satisfaction.

I ordered from this site before recommended by a friend and had no issues this was over a year ago. This last order has been hell. Terrible service - never again
I previously used this company twice with no issues - the product was perfect and worked. It arrived in good time. However I placed an order in September and have still not received it, I have emailed consistently, messaged the chat and tried to call - but the number isn’t in use anymore. How can you take people’s money and not send the goods or at least respond? I paid £25 for something that hasn’t been received. Has this company gone bust?

I am emailing you back again I am definitely disappointed and upset to how you have treated me with no response back about my order which I placed on 29th May 2023. I ordered and paid £25 for BVbuster on the 17th May2023 and still not received my order, I have now emailed the Company four times asking nicely for a update on my order, I have had no response to any of my emails, the only contact this Company have made is on the day of purchase thanking me for my order and payment! I have asked them for a refund but of course no response. I understand there can be delays in products and if this is the case for goodness sake notify customers at least respond to their emails! they are quite happy to take your money I feel angry I have been duped into buying a product that I thought would give me some relief of BV is this actually a legitimate Company? wish I had read Trustpilot reviews first!

I have ordered those products twice and both times they arrived quickly. I don't udnerstand some of the negative comments below, because as soon as you place the order, you receive a confirmation and then updates on when it is arriving and royal mail tracking number. These are great products and they literally do what it says on the tin. Highly recommend. this company provides products that you won't find anywhere else!!!

To be honest, I am still waiting for my order to arrive. I made a purchase on 19 March 2023 and have receive little to no update about my order. I reached out over WhatsApp and although I received a kind response about a delay in my order, I would have expected it to arrive by now or for someone to reach out and provide an explanation/ update.

Very poor communication and missing products
Good products, terrible customer service.
I’ve ordered from this company 3 times and every single time I have to chase my order. It’s either best case- really slow delivery or it’s no delivery or missing products.
They never send email confirmations or contact customers if needed.
The most recent order with them was in January and I paid for a product bundle, it arrived 2 weeks later missing 2 products. I tried their customer service email to which it told me that email didn’t exist. I finally managed to contact them on WhatsApp on 24th Jan to which they replied:
“Hey hun, sorry to hear that you only received part of your order. I checked with HQ and they have advised that the processing times for soap and bath soak is 21 days from order date as they are handmade.
If you do not wish to wait we completely understand and will issue you a partial refund x”
I told them I’d wait as I did want the other 2 products but would be helpful for them to let customers know.
Have I received my 2 missing products yet? .. No, I haven’t, furthermore I’ve contacted them twice since then asking to just give me a refund because were now 6 weeks on and no contact from them.
Do not use this company.

Very bad communication and i orded over 1 month ago and still has not recived it, when i asked for a refound they stop replying… very sad about it. It was needed before my vacation.
Boric Acid Suppositories
I got the boric acid suppositories and they work like magic ! They helped balance my PH and made me feel super fresh down there, would definitely recommend.
My order was wrong and there is no customer service.
My order was wrong, I paid for a larger volume and they sent the smaller cheaper pack. Mistakes can happen and this is fine but I sent an email to them over 1.5 weeks ago and no communication from customer services. The company would do well to acknowledge the email and at least provide a timeline to work on the issue. When there is silence, it doesn’t do much to give the customer faith in the company. I would change your policy and at least send an email to show you will deal with it when you can.
