These scammers expertly steal your money. After payment, it turns out the perfume is unavailable, and the refund request drags on indefinitely, often resulting in no refund at all, and shipping is excessively delayed

I’m being brutally honest this is the best fragrance company to buy from cheap, quick delivery, and some of the best fragrances to ask for like creed. They got also a really nice delivery system and a 2 for 1 sample deal which is really good. Thank you my perfume shop for such an amazing experience with you’s.

Preordered a couple of months ago. Advertised the stock in a couple of weeks after my order placed. Requested updates continuously advised stock delays. Offered store credit / other fragrance options and extra store credit. After 3 months still nothing. Order cancelled refuse to give money back just keep offering store credit. Suddenly one item got shipped but wont give money back for item they cant source. Steer clear

Advertised as a 60ml alien hypersense perfume and I received a 6ml and won’t reply to my emails. Also sent to confirmation email and wouldn’t let me cancel my order, will be expecting a response and full bottle in the mail

For a small amount to buy this perfume it smells like a very expensive and truly a remarkable perfume i have spent money on more expensive buys but this one is the best of the best and to Nicole i thank you kindly for your help and advice for making this decision on this product that i truly love

Order placed in April 2026, promised delivery by end of April. It's now 23rd of July, order has not been delivered and I have requested a refund on 4 separate occasions - each time I have been ignored. The latest was that they have claimed my order was 'shipped and lost' and will give me store credit - absolute scam, do not shop here, you will not get your items.

30days and still no products and feeling scammed!!!! Bought for a birthday present based on the fact they say dispatched in 2 days. Emailed and called with a generic email response and an answering machine. No professionalism whatsoever. Will never do business with them again. Better off going into a store, as you’re guaranteed to leave the store with the product and not be left hanging!!! Worst service ever!!!
