Highly recommend. The team are very quick to respond to your email, the quality and likeness to the picture you provide is amazing. The print arrives quickly and well packed. I'm super happy with my print and it makes an excellent Christmas present.

I saw this on an Instagram ad and after i research I decided to risk and thank god I did!! The frame is absolutely amazing. I would say the time-frame they give it doesn’t correspond to the reality but they work is great. After i submit my order, it took more or less 26/28hours (instead of the 24hours they claim) to get the sketch but it was so amazing I didn’t need to chang anything so I approved the sketch right away. After this, it took a bit more to be delivered and for this I had to contact their customer support which I need to thank to Vanessa because she was always kind and answered my iniquiries real fast. They forgot to sent me the digital sketch that I paid for, but Vanessa re-sent it. Overall, it was a good experience and I am recommending them to all my friend with pets.

You can not find reviews under 5 ⭐️ on their website. If you want to know what can go wrong go check in other services.
Support works great until an order is made. I send notes about art few times and every time I received alternative result like no one care about the notes. I paid for e-copy and received it only after complain. The frame I received is bigger than canvas there is a beautiful visible line of background around the art. That could be a nice joke, funny gift to the petlover. But nothing more.

Absolutely love our framed portrait of our 3 Lhasa Apsos. I did request a few changes and these were made with no problems and when I approved the proof it was only a matter of days before it was received. The picture was packaged well with bubble wrap and cardboard so ensured no damage.

This website was recommended to me as I saw the best water colour picture of a pet done by them. Not only they tried their best to communicate with me in English, they try their best to make the perfect drawing of your love ones! One of my puppies they gave drawn has crossed the rainbow bridge only a few days ago. At first I don't know if I will keep the picture up of him as losing him was extremely painful. Looking at the picture, it actually gives me peace and joy! I didn't tell my family that but my 12 year old daughter told me the same a few days ago!
The new puppy picture took many goes to get it right but they were so patient and continued to help me get it perfect no matter how many times it takes!
I recommend this website highly if you are after your pet's portrait done. The portrait somehow brings the personality of the pet out that a normal picture can't do!

This is really a company that I can recommend! Always on time , always very high quality. One time I had a problem because post.nl lost my parcel and the company decided to make new portraits for me immediately. When you write ,you have an answer immediately. Really reliable company!

This company is out of this world. The framed picture I received was just what I asked for. They went above and beyond to make it exactly how I wanted it to look and to make sure I was 100% happy with everything. Not only that but the customer service is exceptional, never experienced such a high standard.

Ordered a print with gift packaging - the gift packaging never arrived (i did receive a refund after contacting customer service) and the printt itself was not protected at all in the box, thankfully nothing happened during transport.

Amazing service, cant say much to it.
I ordered a portrait for my beautiful puppy bowie and I had requested some adjustments, they were quick to get it right with my preferences!
The portrait was shipped to me 3 total days after placing my order.
Very happy with the service!

Ordered the largest watercolour poster with frame and received the text confirmation just fine. After 24 hours and I had not received a proof to review I contacted customer services to be told that they couldn’t find my order. I replied with all the details and got back a general response that they were busy and it is delayed. Three days later I contact them again as I’ve still no sample of my watercolour. This has now been ignored and hasn’t been responded to within the 24hrs they promise. The delivery period has been almost Double and I’ve not seen anything

Beautiful picture! Worth the money. If I need more pictures of my dog or maybe a picture for my uncle his cats, I'd come back to mypetframe to order again.
