Very pleased (in the end!)

I am giving four stars as I'm very pleased with the quality of the product I (eventually) received.

However, had I not made the effort on multiple occasions to get in contact to find out what stage my order was at, I'm almost certain it would have got lost in the pipeline.

The decision to do a Christmas sale, at a time where demand is already high, was clearly a poor management decision for a company which can't seem to cope with fluctuations in demand.

Despite this, I would recommend this company and as the end product is high quality - and a very good likeness to my dog!

* Just note * - if you're buying as a gift for someone, make sure you buy at least two months in advance.

It has been almost 2 months since my…

It has been almost 2 months since my daughter ordered a picture and she still hasn’t received it. She has emailed the company several times and they said that they would forward her order, but what’s the point when she still hasn’t got it.
I recommend all customers to find another company.

Awful

Awful, ordered back on 16th December, took nearly a week for proofs and the images were not as great as you see on the website. I asked for the background to be changed and still awaiting my second proof nearly a month on.

Customer service is awful, not quick to reply and I received a generic message back rather than deal with my issue originally.

I’ve chased again but I am still waiting and would not use this company again.
Website states turn around which they cannot achieve and is false advertising

Finally received!

EDIT: my order from early december has been fulfilled and we received the pet frame last week.

After recieving the portrait, me and my partner were very impressed with the finished product. Over the moon with now having our pet up on the wall where everyone can see.

You can definitely tell it's our dog. They have all of his details perfect, and it shows how attentive the artists are.

I would of gave this 5 stars, but obviously due to the frame arriving roughly a month late after Christmas this was a quite frustrating.

However since the frame arrived, mypetframe also sent out an apology and compensated for the order delay which I really appreciated.

Overall, I would recommend using my pet frame and I would use them again for another pet portrait.

Absolute joke ordered this in November…

Absolute joke ordered this in November as a Christmas present and still haven’t received after countless emails. Was told on the 16th december that the artist was still working on my drawing and would be ready in a few hours. A few days passed after hearing nothing so emailed them, to be told they sent me the finished item for approval on 4th December- even though it was still being drawn on the 16th? I have since approved my item and had no word about dispatch, after several emails sent to them. How do I complain properly as I have also asked this and not been given any information! Do not order from this useless company. The item was £30(ish) for 2 pets, I asked to cancel my order after waiting 5 weeks to be told the cancellation policy is that they will only refund if cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Also it would cost £9.95 per pet if I was to cancel. What a joke.

This company is just terrible

This company is just terrible. I ordered my pet frame 10 days ago. After 3 days of not getting any emails i send one myself. As a reply they told me due to christmas it was very busy and that they would send it as soon as possible. Eventually i had to wait 5 days for a concept. I had to return my concept because of my own fold. Now i have waited 5 days and aigain i haven't recieved anything. I bought it as a present for christmas, now i hope it wil come befor new years eveningen so i can give it to my parents in law. After watching al the reviews on this site i do'nt think this will be the case.

Costumer service reaction time is not that bad, but they send you answers like, where working on it, we will send you as soon as possible. So you can't tell if it wil be 1 day, 3 days or 2 weeks.

If i could do it all over again i would never order on this site.

Sgreat in the end

So, I have written a review before as I didn't have a good service at the start of my order. I have now received my picture and am very pleased with it. The customer service was very good after complaining. Two people emailed me to help out with order. In total, it did take 3 weeks to complete, but this was probably down to me wanting my picture to be a true image of my labrador. I would use the company again.

Really bad customer service

Really bad customer service. I have placed 3 orders which is 5 frames in total. One of the artworks was not as I requested when I first placed the order back in November and since then they have sent back the same artwork 3 times which I cannot accept. I leave the same comment each time which is just ignored and then I seem to be at the back of the queue again! Every-time I email I just get a generated response back or they avoid my question and never seem to supply me with an update. These were Christmas gifts which still haven’t been received. Such a shame that they cannot even communicate with their customers!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, haven’t received a response to an email I sent on Sunday. They want to charge me extra to amend the photo, no way it will be here before Christmas as I haven’t even seen the proof or been informed they have taken the additional charge from my bank account.

Very Unhappy

I ordered my picture 4 weeks ago. I have still not received my order. Have communicated with the and last Monday said it was with logistics. Still nothing. Was a Christmas gift. Which won’t be here for Christmas 👎🏻👎🏻

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered on the 03/12/21 and only just received proof. Was told numerous times by different members of staff it would be here before Christmas. Staff are all full of lies and just tell you what you want to hear.

Perfect Print!

I ordered my print and received a proof within a couple of days. I was instantly so impressed with the likeness to my Dog and it was even better than I had hoped for. The final print was dispatched quickly and arrived really well packaged. The quality of the frame and print is amazing. I got a bit worried having read some of the reviews about slow delivery/no shows but I needn’t have done. That’s why I felt it was important to leave this review with my experience. I also had very quick responses to a couple of emails I sent to check the status of my order. Very happy customer and would definitely order from this company again :)

I was really excited to get this as a…

I was really excited to get this as a Christmas gift for my parents as we are very sure that this will be our dogs last Christmas with us. I order 2 pictures and the proofs didn’t get to me until 9 days later. They have been very slow with their responses via email and Instagram and I have major doubts that this will arrive before the 25th December. I hate the fact that there is no UK phone number to get hold of the company directly this definitely needs to be sorted out. Very disappointed with this and I will be asking for a refund if this does not arrive in time for Christmas Day!

Further Update

As promised below I am now updating this review having today finally received my Pet-frame order. I have to say the picture received is excellent and so pleased with the finished item.

Thank you for finally completing order.

As I write still awaiting my order which was placed on Black Friday. Proof received and approved over a week ago and still nothing. Standard response seems to be “Logistics team very busy and we will prioritise your order” but nothing. Very disappointing as this was supposed to be a Christmas present but no chance of it arriving in time now. Will be requesting a refund if no confirmation of despatch in next day or so. My advice at this time is keep clear of this company. Should I receive my order then I will repost however Like others I’m beginning to think this is a scam.

Brilliant Christmas present, would recommend

Ordered one of these as a Christmas present, I did get the preview a little later than advised but that was down to the busy Christmas / Black Friday period. Preview was brilliant so I agreed with the design and had it shipped, it arrived within a few days and very pleased with the result!

DO NOT use this company

DO NOT use this company! Never deliver on any promises. Never seen a proof - first photo was too difficult to reproduce! Second photo very difficult. It’s just a normal face of a dog. I think the problem is they can only reproduce a standard picture of any breed. Have chased and chased. Then asked me to review the product….never had it! Have now asked for a refund twice but again no response! Total scam.
