THIS IS A SCAM!!! Don’t purchase anything from them. They will not honour the returns/ refunds despite product not being opened or used. Product came from China, and they requested the product to be returned to an address in France. Save yourself money and get your dog some raw lamb bones.

Scam. Takes forever for product to come and when does not as described. Very very noisy and hot and does not work

I ordered this product - I should’ve just put my money in the bin, as it never arrived and the tracking number doesn’t exist!!!

This company is a scam. All the positive reviews on Facebook are from fake accounts that they have created (have a look for yourself). Read the reviews on here and also their fine print of the return policy before you even think about purchasing!

Purchased the Canident tool for cleaning dogs teeth and it is bloody loud and I am in the dental profession and thought it would be quite quiet compared to the dental ulstrasonic. If your dog is bothered by a vacuum, hairdryer, electric toothtooth this is definitely not for you because this is way louder! After complaining to get the 14 day money return , they email and provide some tips to try, but even if all fails and you still want a refund they will not respond to your emails. Pay with Paypal and credit card and make sure you go though disputes and credit card chargebacks. I am going through the process and hopefully will get my money back.

The reviews on Facebook and Instagram look all fake as they are replicated on all their UK, AUS sites. All the profiles that respond appear fake with no friends or photos to show. They will delete and block you on their socials if you speak on their forums.
SCAM E-COMMERCE SITE BEWARE

If you don't read their return policy before you buy then you have already screwed yourselve. The only way you can return it is if you didn't take it out of the cellophane to open the box much less taking the device or any of the accessories out of their sealed packaging. In other words you can take it out of the shipping package and then have to decide just by looking at the unopened box whether you want to return it. I looked at it on their sales site and it looked good along with all the wonderful fake reviews. I learned the hard way. I opened the packing on the box. Hopefully PayPal can help me recover my money.

Scam company - the item did not arrive, I received one email from Tiffany and have not heard from her again despite my numerous emails and requests for refund over a 2 month period. Do not buy from them!

The product came quickly and seems to be good quality. The vibration is too much for the dogs even on the most gentle settle. I gave it 14 days for them to try and get use to it with no luck, the noise alone scared them. I would strongly recommend testing your dog with an electric toothbrush and if they can deal with that, then this would be a good option. Unfortunately they don’t honour the 14 day money back guarantee. I tried send mine back and they advised for me use it turned off. In other words a toothbrush. Which is a waste of money. Communication was initially good but when I asked for my money back - I have heard nothing. I would not recommend this product.

The dental scaler does not work. They also ignore you when a complaint is raised. I raised a complaint in early December was told that it worked even without the power function (mine had stopped working) since then no reply and no assistance refunding my purchase.

The product purchased (Canident - Dental Scaler for dogs) does not work. Don't be fooled by the reviews on the website like I was.
