When the photos I sent were not the best quality. They followed up with me to ask to send a higher quality photo. I appreciated this attention to detail. Once the images were sent, they were great quality. These will make an amazing gift for my husband!

The picture done of our dog was perfect!

I am waiting for the final product and would prefer not to do a final review until then.

The painting was dark and really just seemed to copy paste the photo. It is far from the sample portraits posted on their website. I don't recommend this service

I ordered cards from this company and they have not arrived. I have had no response to my email requesting clarification on the status of my orders. Royal Mail is supposed to be delivering them but the order can’t be tracked because it hasn’t been received! A scam

It wasn't clear that you were only getting a digital print and I likely wouldn't have spent $40 on just digital image that I could have gotten using an app on my phone. Most other people that do this mail you a physical copy.

The image also isn't a size that is easily printed or framed, so I had resize and play around with it and the result aren't great.

There was no communications either - so mock-ups or asks about sizing/placement. I was given a 'complementary full body drawing' which is definitely did not want. If the picture wasn't suitable for a headshot, send me an email and tell me that and I will send another picture. No input on the colours or font either.

This was a mistake - won't recommend and won't do it again.

The likeness was accurate and captured the essence of who Bruno is.

MyPetrait created this beautiful artwork of our puppy, Wolf. It was a gift for my wife and she absolutely loved it. The painting looked just like Wolf. All my instructions were followed correctly. They were very quick too. I received the painting within 5 days of placing the order- right on time for Christmas. Importantly, I have the soft copy, and therefore, I can make as many prints as I need. I highly recommend MyPetraits.

At first I was nervous to order in December because I didn't think I would have the product in time for Christmas. I emailed the owner and they replied quickly assuring me that the product would only take 3-5 days. I received my artwork 2 DAYS after I ordered! I love it so much it looks exactly like my dogs! It is going to make an amazing Christmas gift!

I am super satisfied with my pet portrait purchase and their customer service. My parents lost our beloved dog this year so it’s the perfect Christmas gift for them to cherish the memory of our dog.
