After waiting 2 months, paid 35 dollars for the product only to be told to ship it back and get a refund, I would have to pay 25 dollars this is what they emailed me:

Because we ship items directly to our customers, the foundation never switches hands before being delivered to you. And due to the nature of the product an open package is considered used unfortunately. I'm so sorry about that Rasa. If the color is off I would like to issue a free bottle of your desired color to be sent to you.

Disclaimer: If you buy this product on Amazon or any other site besides the myphoera.com then I would recommend it. My post was flagged because they dont want the truth known about there site. What is wrong with them?
The foundation works wonders, and I do love it. What is detestable and truly ridiculous is the company. I placed my order on May 15, and heard nothing from them until one month later
when I contacted them about my order. I was wanting to know the status of my order and they said because of covid they have no idea. I finally got my product yesterday mind you over two months have passed since I placed the order and guess what I have the wrong color. Then I tried to return the product and they're going to charge me $25 in order to ship it mind you that I bought the product for $35. I was not sure that I was ever going to get this product so I file a dispute, and then suddenly the product appears less then 1 week since I filed it. When I tell you these people are ridiculous scammers, do believe it. Please do not order this product off their site if I could get them a negative star I would. Again, I recommend the makeup BUT not the company. I ordered the same product on Walmart. Com, and I received it in 2 days

I ordered my foundation on March 15, 2020 and have NOT received it yet! My card was charge on 3/15, however. I sent several emails to the email address listed: info at myphoera dot com and it came back to me saying the email account does not exist. I feel I was scammed and am upset. i want my money refunded and can't find anyone to help. DO NOT ORDER from them!

I ordered a Phoera foundation on April 21st & have still not received it. Customer service is appalling. Sent lots of emails & still nothing done & I have not received a refund. Anyone with any sense should not buy anything from this website

I saw their advert on Instagram- read the reviews and placed an order on 5th May. I still haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed and received no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

FAKE!Do not order. Horrible foundation. They on My have good reviews on their website which is fake!! They don't take returns and the foundation causes major skin reaction. Horrible company.

I spent over $90! Im based in ireland and i knew it will take time but after contacting the main irish post office was told the tracking number was either created but not used or it got lost. It is saying "in transit" since 22nd of april so nearly a month and at 1st my emails about not receiving the confirmation of purchase were answered but as soon as i started asking was my order shipped and why there is no update on it i got no replies. I sent emails and wrote on messenger asking for update and then a refund and nothing. Shocking!! I hope they go bust! Absolute scammers!

Order foundation in May around the 12 still haven’t received it very disappointed. And yes I did purchase it I have emails saying that this happens more than they like but promised that they didn’t forget me. Beginning to think they are fraud.
