Excellent Customer Service! I had to get my order redirected to another address. I spoke to Aaron, who, although (I believe) was from the design team, was very professional, asking me to send an email with the new address to avoid errors, and waited on the line to check he received it. I then asked about delivery as I needed it for the weekend. He put over to his manager, who was as equally helpful. As she wasn't able to confirm delivery (due to stock issues) she said she would ensure it was sent out and she would keep an eye for it. Although I am sure they are busy, at no time did I feel that they wanted me off the phone. I received my item ahead of schedule. Perfect job!! Thank you.
