If i could would give this company a -0…

If i could would give this company a -0 star i would i ordered a keyring purpose to look like my dog $29.99 so I ordered two, I only received one and it looks nothing like my dog and they charged $70. When I contacted customer service and explained what happened they just keep sending me the help page like that does anything. They refuse to help me.i would not tell anybody to use this company very misleading. The keyring i received is so small,it must be a 1/18 of a inch for $70.if i could i would send a Pic of the poor job they did.
