Pleasantly surprised by the quality
Pleasantly surprised by the quality, until we went to piece the puzzle together. Some of the pieces are cut small and are extremely fragile.

Way better than I was expecting
Way better than I was expecting. Was a little concerned when I found out that my picture "Australia" is actually operating out of Germany, but I thought only way to find out is try their services. Canvas quality is great, no less that what I expected, but what impressed me the most was that even though the shipping lead times seemed too long IMO, it may just be a tactic they use so you are impressed when they arrive "early", which was my experience and glad they didn't take the weeks suggested to arrive. Will use them again.

Orders paid for but never delivered.
I uploaded photographs and made an album which I ordered.
I paid £ 47:18 for my first album on 4th December and I paid £ 47:18 for it again on 17th December 2024
On both occasions MyPicture failed to deliver.
This album was very important to me.
I now have no confidence in Mypicture and want these payments refunded.

The jigsaw pieces are thin and cut roughly and "shaggy"..
I had a picture made into a jigsaw. Their photo/picture skills are fine but I was a bit disappointed in the thin cardboard pieces. They are at least 0.5mm thinner, perhaps even 0.9mm thinner, than a good quality commercial jigsaw. The cutting is so rough and "shaggy" it makes it hard to see if a piece actually fits or not because the edges are not clean and sharp; as if their cutters are blunt. Many of the pieces, I need to carefully separate them myself as they are not cut right through. I'm actually quite disappointed as I was looking forward to doing this jigsaw, now it's more of a chore.

False advertising
Unfortunately what started as a good experience turned into a bad one and I would recommend you avoid this company. I ordered an acrylic print and it arrived more or less when they said. As it was a Christmas present, I didn't open it and it was opened on Christmas day. Strangely it was missing the wall mounts despite there website saying "Each one comes with a convenient hanging system at the back." When I contacted them they said that I needed to pay extra when I ordered it and that they couldn't even sell them separately. I pointed out that their website said (and still says) EACH PRINT comes with a hanging system - not "a hanging system is an optional extra". Despite trying 3 times, they still refuse to supply the promised hanging system and I have a print still sitting on the floor. Very frustrating and extremely poor customer service, let alone false advertising. Take your business elsewhere. Thank you for your reply. Since I Can't reply to that, my order # is AUO01900881645.

Very disappointed
I ordered a jigsaw with one of my own photos to be inserted into a jigsaw. The product was not to my liking and of poor quality so I requested a refund. This request was ignored and was advised that it was sent back to production, and they could not recall once sent to production. Every time I tried to contact them by return email it bounced back as "undeliverable". Noting that the address that was always on the email was in Germany. I just gave up in the end. Thank god it was a special and didn't pay full price.

Saggy and floppy and out of shape
The canvases were saggy and floppy on the frame, not tight so not worth displaying without looking scrappy.
Some of the pictures said they would suit certain sizes before ordering but are actually all pixelated, so don't take their advice!
I have already contacted customers service
The cushions aren't square, clearly mass produced with no care or skill. I know one cannot expect a lot for the price paid but the edges don't even line up! The cushion print, however, was remarkable in quality.

Rubbish product. Don't waste your money!
Rubbish product. Ordered a custom made puzzle with pictures of mine which were good quality images. Puzzle arrived today. Does not come with a box for puzzle. The image itself is super glossy, so the pictures look really bad and are hard to see (making the puzzle hard)...and most disappointingly: The pieces are really thin and printed on bad quality paper. AND the puzzle has not yet been pulled apart, meaning you have to do it...and most of the pieces are still stuck together, so the paper then rips and you, yourself, essentially ruin the already crap puzzle.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
Purchased on the TODAY SPECIAL 75% off deal, with countdown clock...two weeks ago, which I since discovered is same deal every day by the way, so again...scam. Go elsewhere. Really disappointing.
