Great effective job
Piece of cake moving did a great job very efficient in moving our one bedroom from San Francisco to Emeryville. This was a difficult move especially considering the beverage is pretty tiny. I was very concerned about moving across the water, but they made it super efficient and easy. Their truck was way larger than our needs so we would’ve never run out of storage space or anything like that. Almost all our items came in an impeccable condition and we overall did not struggle to communicate with the drivers either. Just a note for everyone else, when you get your arrival time from cake piece of cake it is a range in which time the drivers can arrive so just be aware of that I was not fully aware of that.

P o C were prompt, fast and efficient in emptying my apartment and moving stuff to another apartment and storage. Nothing damaged. They lost my big black birdcage cover in the truck, which they returned 3 days later, and failed to pack the cord to my printer. Otherwise no problems. No problems at all with a later smaller move. Great Service and Team – Room to Improve on Sustainability
I had a very positive experience with Piece of Cake. Marko and team were extremely kind, professional, fast, and flexible throughout the entire process. The pricing was fair, and everything felt smooth and well organized. I would definitely use their services again.
The only feedback I would offer is regarding sustainability. I believe there is room to reduce material waste. Some boxes could have been packed more efficiently, and it would be great to see more effort toward reusing or collecting boxes after the move, or consistently using recyclable materials. I think this is an area where the company could really improve and make a meaningful environmental impact.
Overall, a great team and service, with an opportunity to become even better.

Their hiring or training boot camp is top notch
I don’t know what training boot camp these movers go to but it’s amazing! They are efficient, very nice, accommodating, and a joy to have take care of our move.
