Luis prepared the architectural drawings for my householder planning application and I was extremely pleased with the service from start to finish.

Communication was clear, professional and prompt throughout the process. Luis carefully incorporated the amendments I requested during the preliminary stage and ensured the final drawings were accurate, well presented and suitable for submission to the Planning Portal.

The final set included all the necessary scaled drawings, elevations and scale bars required for a planning submission, and everything was delivered exactly as promised.

What really stood out was Luis’s helpful and professional attitude. He made the process straightforward and also offered support should any amendments be requested by the council during the planning process.

The service was also excellent value compared with many architectural firms, while still maintaining a very professional standard of work.

Luis prepared the 1:50 drawings for my studio and I’m very happy with the service. Literally can’t fault this service at all, Luis was in constant contact throughout the whole process for my project, detail and drawings on point.
Everything was done in accordance with the requirements for the planning application, which can be quite stressful if you’re new to it, like myself so this took a massive burden off. Would use again no doubt about it! All done online so can fit around being at work etc and very reasonable price.

Very happy with the service I received from My Planning App. Luis quickly produced some drawings for me to check and them submitted them for me. My planning officer ask me to make a few changes and Luis was super quick to do some new drawing for me. Top service at a very good price.
