It's ok but not the best
The software on the computer is good to be able to organise/select the photos. However, I did not find a save button, that would go on a draft, so it was really difficult to have to do everything in one go every time (i had 150 pictures to print). On the phone app, i never managed to do anything.
I was disapointed when I discovered that the photos were printed and shipped from Germany. As it was saying myposter.ch I thought it was done in Switzerland. I try to avoid shipments from abroad when possible for eco friendly reasons so I was disapointed. The package was also blocked at customs for 5 days.
Finally, regarding the quality: i went to print 2 additional photos at a professional photographer and the quality was outstanding. The myposter photos next to it looked really colorless.

Long lead time for delivery and lack of transparency on shipping status
This was my second time ordering from this company, and unfortunately, both experiences have been defined by incredibly slow delivery times.
I placed my most recent order for a book on October 8th. By October 16th, the track and trace link I had received still showed no progress, so I opened a support ticket. My question asking them to verify if the package was even in transit was ignored, and they essentially just told me to be patient.
When I reached out again on October 21st, they finally confirmed that an error had been made on their end. They stated they were retrieving the package and would be "shipping it urgently." Following this, I asked for an estimated delivery date, but I never received any feedback or an ETA.
This item was a gift for a 70th birthday, and despite ordering well in advance, it missed the actual birthday.
If you are just ordering something for yourself and are not in a hurry, this store might be okay. However, based on the slow shipping and the complete lack of urgency or helpful communication from the support team, I would recommend you go somewhere else for anything time-sensitive. This experience confirmed that I will be choosing another provider next time.
