I was really happy to find this company for the presents ideas for my friends and family and absolutely satisfied with my first order (printed photos). But my second order went out of control. Today is 12th of March and I still didn’t receive the order that I placed on 29th of February. Let’s start that company put 3-5 working days to receive your order, which is not correct because it’s a time for shipping, on top of this they put extra days to make your order (in my case it was poster + frame), and it’s fine, I don’t mind to wait a bit more. My order was send only of 5th of March (so I lost 5 days in total and 3 business days). After this, I received my dhl link where I could see where is my order. After 3 days when my parcel didn’t change status I texted to customer service and asked to double check if everything is alright with my delivery. Unfortunately it didn’t look like they wanted to spend their time for my case and I received message that it’s absolutely normal because of the weekend (we are talking about: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday!), weekend for real? I decided to wait more and nothing changed. I’m mad, because it was a present for my special person. I already understood that I not gonna receive my parcel on time, only because customers service didn’t check my parcel earlier. Probably there was some problems with dhl. But common guys, we are talking about presents for people. The last message that I received was that they will speak with delivery company. Well that’s great! I wonder how long I need to wait again. It’s really sad because I was more than happy to place new orders every month for all my photo ideas, but with this service, no thanks. Not anymore. Anna Turanova
