Got stung for a subscription for £70 in which there was no clear mention of a further subscription for three back supports (worth barely anything in reality) so thank you so much! I suffer from depression and your have not helped! Will be mentioning this to my bank! I am a real customer with real feelings!!

Update... They said to send the products back and enclosed a form, a pdf which prints out too dark (not accidentally) sorted that issue out and have printed it out, probably a waste of time anyway... But will update you all what happens

Next update, I sent the items back and got a refund on the £70 very quickly after the tracking service stated it had been delivered, which was a surprise actually, still it cost me £11 to get my £70 back, I cannot add any more stars for that though, it is still an underhand tactic be aware of adds! Best to use Amazon or eBay or even a Asian seller as that is where this company gets there stuff from anyway

The T-shirts make you straighten your back in a very subtle way, you sit up straight without noticing it!
The back harness can be adjusted als you like and it does not hurt!
First time use is recommended to a few hours a day to begin with, but i wore it a whole day without any problem.

The myposture T-shirt is a .very good help for my back. It helps to put the sholders to behind.
One advise: for the size, when your weight is in between
sizes, take the biggest, otherwise it is rather small

I ordered a posture T shirt for £9 no mention of the subscription or terms and conditions at the time . Next thing I know three back supports are on there way , so I sent an email to try and cancel my subscription and the order no luck couldn't get in touch. Then this scam bunch take £70 out of my bank account. I eventually managed to late to get an email to them and cancel my subscription. It's a scam and sadly I got caught , disgusted.

Here's how to get your money back!

Reposting this for a 3rd time because Mr Halfwit Harring keeps trying to bury me with fake reviews.

I'm posting this again because these lowlife scammers tried to bury my post by writing fake reviews.

I won't give up Mr Halfdan Harring! Yes that's the name of the scamming lowlife, you can find him on Facebook. I would call him far worse names but children could be reading.

Follow my instructions below to get your money back.

Please read this to get a refund from these scammers.

This is a subscription based scam that is completely illegal under EU law.

Under EU law you can return goods for any reason from the date you order them until 14 days after receiving the goods for any reason.

Ignore them when they say you have not contacted them within the 14 days withdrawal period, this is completely irrelevant. Under EU law you can return your goods up to 14 days after receiving them.

Steps to take if you have received the unwanted items in the last 14 days:

1. Email myposture-family @ niceposture.co.uk (without spaces) and tell them that you are returning the items for a full refund. State in your email that you have the right to do this under EU Consumer law.

In your email, quote the following text (within the * below), highlight the fact that The cooling off period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods and that they are breaking EU law.

*4 day cooling off period
In the EU you have the right to return purchases made online or through other types of distance selling, such as by phone, mail order or from a door-to-door salesperson, within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind.

The cooling off period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. If the cooling off period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day.*

2. They will send you an email tell you that you unfortunately cannot have a refund because you did not cancel within the 14 day withdrawal period (remember this is completely irrelevant and unlawful).

3. Send another email telling them that you have already sent the items back to the following address:

Remind them that they are breaking EU law and if they do not issue a refund within 14 days you will file a dispute with the European Commission and potentially through the courts.

The EU protects consumers from these types of scams, you are fully backed by EU law and are entitled to a full refund. Unfortunately in the event of a Brexit no deal then this consumer protection will no longer apply and there will be countless scams like this, make sure you act quickly.

I bought the T-shirts for my disabled daughter who is always sitting in a wheelchair. The last few months she was complaining a lot of a continuously pain in the lower back. The T-shirts are indeed very tight and quite difficult to put on, but once they are, they turn out absolutely fantastic. We bought 4 because the price was much cheaper and now she wears them every day with good result.

Good design , decently priced, service that welcomes customer interaction. Quickly learned to adjust to maintaining my posture.

Before you read the rest of my review, this is important:

You are made to believe that you are at fault because you didn't read the Terms and Conditions on the website. This is WRONG

The website didn't appear until March. The 'domain' was registered in December 2018 but the content didn't appear until March.

You DID NOT agree to sign up to a subscription because the wasn't a site available for you to check the T's&C's until WEEKS after you'd ordered the 't-shirt'.

Like an fool, I ordered a t-shirt than was so. small a child would have struggled to put it on. I thought for £9.00 there was no point is pursuing it, and vowed never to buy anything from a Facebook app advertisement again.

Suddenly I have a text from my bank, suspected fraud, these despicable people have taken £70 from my account!

There was no mention of "introductory" offer, no mention of a subscription on either the advert or the email and the 'product' was atrocious and not fit for purpose or even fit to wear!

There is now a level 0, it's just a shame we have to give one star.

SCAM: Avoid at all costs. They tempt you in with a £9 t-shrit that is nothing special BUT then charge £70 from your account to send another. This is NOT made clear when you apply via their facebook advertising. Im am currently trying to get my money back. I'm not holding my breath.

I so wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this "cowboy" website! They sign you up for a subscription for £70 without telling you and you have to make sure you cancel it within 14 days in order to keep your money! The sizing guide is rubbish, the one I ordered was far too small! Their returns policy is abysmal! They either take 3 days to reply to your e-mail, or don't respond at all.

This truly is a scam and the good reviews here are very unlikely to be genuine. You purchase a £9 t-shirt, with no further membership and then exactly 14 days later, you have an email saying "thank you for your membership" and they take a further £70 from your account (and will do so every 3 months unless you cancel). You receive 3 x black straps which are worthless. I have informed the Fraud Department of my bank and have contacted Halfdan Harring (young guy who is running the scam - have a look on LinkedIn) and quoted the EU regs for a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Just read the comments. I agree with everyone. This is a scam. They will charge you £70 14 days after your original purchase even if you try to cancel. Avoid at all cost!!

Total scam . Beware as you will have £70 taken for your account without you agreeing to it . Entered into a contract without agreement . And basicly robbed . Total SCAM

I used my Good Postuee shirt after my last pregnancy. I felt I needed to do something about my bad posture and the good posture shirt reminded my muscles how to stand up nice and straight.
The shirt doesn't do miracles. Workout is the best way to maintain a good posture but when working out is not a part of ypur daily routine the posture-shirt can be helpful

If I was able select zero rating I would.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND IS TRADING ILLEGALLY

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Shirt doesn't support more than a regular technical shirt but is twice as expensive. It is not comfortable to wear as underlayer. I regret buying it.

I have a pretty physical job and thanks to the tshirt from my posture my back feels more supported during my day activities. Also the pain is finally controlled.
