Waited nearly two weeks for order. We requested cancelation. They have no cancelation policy on their website [probably do now]. They did not ship anything until after we contacted our bank to dispute charges. Website says shipping 1 to 3 days. It was being shipped in state and took almost three weeks to ship. Items are of mediocre quality, and colors do not appear as vivid as advertised.
My husband loved his sweatshirt, the color was very rich and super soft when worn! My sweatshirt came damaged and my email was followed up on promptly. A new one was sent out, fast shipping & it was impeccable! My new favorite merch, Please offer more for babies/toddlers!!
The quality of the ceramic coffee cup I ordered and is average and what I expected from a cup made in China. It has a nice shiny glaze and I was pleased to see that the graphic was printed on both sides of the mug with good color and no scratches on the image.
Packaging exceeded my expectations as I expected to receive the cup wrapped in bubble wrap. Instead, the cup was safely cradled in a cardboard insert inside its own box and shipped inside a larger cardboard box.
The company was quick to respond to my order and I received tracking information within two days of placing the order. The expected shipping window was 1-2.5 weeks, but I received my item 5 days after placing the order so they get high marks for that.
The transaction with this company was good and I would order from them again and recommend to family and friends.
