Hassle-free service and first class product. Would definitely recommend.

Delivery was very quick. Packaging was excellent with a strong air pouch holding the delicate projector bulb inside. Haven’t tried the item yet but I would think surely this won’t be an issue when I need to use it.

MPL had the exact globe I was after and was sent to me promptly.

Upon receiving it the globe was a little off Center and provided a bad picture.

MPL immediately sent me return instructions and very quickly sent a replacement globe. Loved the service every step of the way , from asking for the correct globe to fit my projector , to then purchasing and replacing the globe at no fault of MPL). Really appreciate the help and would highly recommend MPL to anyone. I’ll definitely be making all purchases there from here on.

Faulty lamp provided after I purchased an express post projector lamp. Had to pay to send back a faulty projector lamp, and have them send me a replacement 2 weeks later.
Ridiculous policy.

Great service. A product ordered was held up coming into the country through no fault of MPL. When I called to find out how long, they gave me a precise update and express shipping for free.
It arrived as detailed.
When things go wrong, the company that steps up and makes it their problem to solve rather than placing the problem on the client is the one you go back to. MPL is that company!

When the first bulbs we received didn't work in our projector they quickly sent new ones and sent us a reply paid document which made package return very simple.
