Still no resolution after two weeks.
Myprotein acknowledged the issue and initially stated they would cover the return postage; however, their return label/voucher system did not work. I was then asked to pay for return shipping out of pocket.
At this time, Myprotein still has my payment, and I still have not received my original order.
I’m hoping MP is capable of rectifying this.

Please note that there is no way to reach the company. All advertised phone numbers are out-of-service. It took 1.5 months to “resolve” an order where they shipped the wrong order to me. On top of it when finally they decided to ship the order, some items were out-of-stock. No compensation were offered and no follow-ups have been answered.

They closed my account because I was an influencer that was promoting them and used the word discount to refer to a referral code that provided a "discount"
Decided to give them another chance after a couple years and got this. Can't use the original account since they closed it because they are a scam company. They close accounts so you also can not contact them. But then say you have multiple accounts and to use the original one. That you can't use.
We also have blocked people discussing/promoting myprotein from some of the financial deal forums due to their poor reputation and fraudulent claims.
I see things have not changed.

I asked the customer service rep, Liam, when the next sale would be for clear, whey isolate and he said he had no way of knowing but that if my name was on the email list, I would be notified. So then I asked if my email would automatically be added to the list? That question was not answered.
Liam was very polite and pleasant. I left the site without purchasing any product. And, both of my questions were left unanswered .

Aran was professional and very helpful, it's unfortunate there seems to be a communication break down with the prior person and my order was canceled instead of re shipped so I had to pay again lol. But Aran was able to help and arrange for a price match! Hopefully this time the product comes!

Not only the shipping was slow and untraceable after some days. The whey protein effect is zero in my case. I have been consuming whey protein for more than 5 years. And I could always notice improvement in my body or any effect. I feel cheated I bought it as they claimed their deal was good for value. Walmart options are so much better. Despite the website is .ca they ship it from US.

Horrible return policies, I will never buy or recommend anyone to buy from their website. I bought from their website and paid 95$ for the whole order. After using their protein, my body doesn't suit it and then, I wanted to return the remaining unopened products. However, to my surprise I found out that I have to pay $45 to return their products and ship it to Poland. Which almost half the price of whole order and more than the return items. They don't even have any drop off locations.
Now, I have no other option but to keep their products, which I'm not even going to use.
