Terrible customer service.
I purchased an item from a new collection minutes before the official launch, while it was clearly in stock. My payment was taken immediately and the order was confirmed. Then, more than two weeks later, I was informed that the item was suddenly “out of stock.”
When I tried to get a proper explanation, I received only generic, copy-paste responses that completely ignored my questions (three times btw).
Cancelling a confirmed order after two weeks is unacceptable. Failing to provide a clear explanation is even worse. Very disappointing experience.

They sent me the wrong product due to…
They sent me the wrong product due to their own mistake. Even though the responsibility was clearly on their side, they refused to acknowledge it, so I had to return the product at my own expense. I paid an additional €11 for the return.
When I went to the post office the next day to send the package, they were unable to accept it because MyProtein had provided me with the wrong return label. I then spent three weeks arguing with customer service to get my money back, but in the end, they didn’t even refund the €11 I paid for the return.
This was the worst shopping experience of my life. Avoid this website at all costs. Their customer service is extremely unprofessional, and I regret the time I wasted dealing with them. I would never order from this site again, even if the products were free.
Terrible experience.

Avoid at all cost
I tried ordering multiple times, and every time they would cancel my order after countless unsuccesful attemts to reach them. Maybe its because I had a big discount code every time, so it seems like they were never gonna send the package anyway. Horrendous customer service is why I strongly advise you stay away from these scammers.
Edit: They responded to this review saying that they have sent me a message to resolve this issue. It's all lies, they haven't sent me anything, they just wrote that to make them look better. Please don't buy anything from these disgusting frauds.

Orderd protein snacks - really good experience
Orderd protein powder and protein choco cookies. Shipping was free and I got the products in 6 days because I didn't want to pay for faster shipping. All products came in a box and were well packaged. Really happy with the price and order experience.
