This company is a joke and has gone to absolute $hit. I ordered something more than 1.5 months ago. The order failed by myprotein took money out of my bank account. I have sent numerous messages to their customer support but they close my ticket saying that the finance team is looking into it. Always get a generic response. Wouldn't touch myprotein with a ten foot pole after this.
Update - to save their face they asked me to send the details in private which I did. It's been over 9 days and they still have no update for me. Just a reaffirmation that this company sucks big time. Meanwhile they respond to me with pre-written templates on their website ticket system and close it as soon as I enquire about an update. Wish I had stuck to a reputed ecommerce company for ordering protein.
Update as of 01/04/2023 - There is no update or response from Myprotein even after another month. This company has the worst customer service.

Wish there could be 0 Stars, Agent had no common sense in answering queries at all, I ordered 1 kg protein powder from you and you had 500g in stocks, first of all you should not accept orders if that is not in stock, now I asked her to send 2 500g packets instead which would justify the quantity but to which she said No.
what sort of support is this, where you are not able to make simple adjustments, Horrible, Pathetic, Urghh I am not ordering again
