Order follow up.... disappointing
My order was returned due to some damage in between and I won't be able to get any update for it....I chatted to Daniel and aran .... Aran raised a replacement request and asked me to wait for 72 hours...At least someone supported ....But really I wish there would be another ways for following up with order. Also I tried toll free number more than 20 times but no response...... Really disappointed this time. let's wait for 72 hours and see what will happen.

Did not receive order for a month.
I had not received my order for a month and contacted customer service thrice. The customer service executive Dominic was not at all helpful. I just wanted to know where my order was but he was not answering my questions. He said there was a security issue. I gave him my name, my address, my email correctly but this person was not listening to me. The next customer service executive Aran was extremely polite and helpful! He cleared my queries and told me that my order will be dispatched soon. Overall it was a good and bad experience. Thank you.
