POOR POOR POOR customer service been trying to cancel an order since Sunday and guess what NOOOO it's been sent and now delivered with no option to return the stuff I wanted to cancel from Sunday. So now here we go again to wait days for someone to decide to get in touch when it could have been sorted away before the dispatch and the prep. After this experience I will now be closing my account and looking else where.
