Helpful staff but no contact info on site

I placed an order and payment was taken via shieldpay. Got a 404 from mypubshop when redirected back to their website. The order wasn't placed but the funds were still taken.

Edit:
Got in touch with the payment gateway and they communicated my concerns to mypubshop. A staff member phoned very quickly and was friendly, and eager to make it right. They obviously have the best of intentions, but an email address or contact form on the site would still be helpful, at least whole they work out any kinks.
