Sign up for 7 days then they start taking £49.00 per month. Lucky I have now noticed it. Nothing clear and obvious on their terms either when signing up. I created one QR code!. Lack of empathy from their customer services team who just quote 'Terms of Service. And no refund! Don't be fooled!

The free trial is an elaborate scam paid €1.50 cancelled free trial but got no acknowledgment of cancellation of free trial .
Their actions are unlawful and conditions not clear .

Be careful with the trial subscription.

I signed up for the $1.45 trial thinking I was just testing the service, but after the trial ended I was automatically charged $49 for a monthly subscription. The renewal conditions may technically be written in the terms, but the overall experience felt very misleading.

I contacted support immediately after the charge and barely used the service, but my refund request was denied. At least they cancelled the subscription quickly so there will be no further payments.

Please double-check the subscription terms before using this website.

Truly - I have NEVER had customer service anywhere near as responsive and helpful as that from the support team from My QR Code. They literally were standing by to help me on a Saturday evening and again on a Sunday morning, laser focused on helping me resolve issues that were likely caused by ME! Through their patience, clear questions and answers, I was able to resolve my problems completely. Superb service Lorie and Martin - WAY above and beyond expectations.

Do not buy the 7-day trial services. This company is NOT TRANSPARENT and if you forget to cancel manually the subscription they will charge 49€ for the monthly subscription and they will refuse to refond you in case of immediate cancellation.

This is a pure SCAM.

I really appreciate that the MyQR Code Team was there at a late hour to start addressing my time sensitive QR code issue that was caused by on oversight on my end. The website and phone message said the team would respond within hours. I particularly appreciate Diana & Jared, who responded in just minutes. They did a deep dive to investigate the problem & worked throughout the night to correct the issue. When I woke up, everything worked Great. Best Possible outcome in the scenario! THANKS!!!

Everything was perfect, from creating my own QR code to billing and even the system itself, it's just good.

It's so easy to use but letting the code expire was unexpected. I used it to link to a shower gift list and the code on the invitations distort after awhile.
