Via a smart trick they have you in…

Via a smart trick they have you in their system and getting money from your bank account. I would call them thieves as I never signed up for this and when asking for my money back they refuse. Don't ever go with them.

Your company have been deducting money…

Your company have been deducting money from my account every month for the shoes that I didn't even get...you should confirm with your customer if they got the shoes before you can deduct

Resolved issue

I just noticed that money has been taken out of my account under this name on my credit card.

I tried to buy some shoes lately by clicking on a link I saw on Facebook, but the payment did not process. I don't remember registering from this store because I don't recognize its name. I dismissed an email I received from this account in the interim since I felt it was spam. Upon reviewing my credit card statement, I noticed a transaction from this account wherein $2 and an additional $31 were taken out. When I later got in touch with them to let them know that I hadn't subscribed and hadn't approved a top-up for the account, they informed me that they could no longer reimburse the top-up or the membership price.

It would be really appreciated if they will grant a refund, as I was misled. For the most part, buying something from a retailer shouldn't require a membership.

As of this writing, their team reached out to me and explained the subscription, they agreed to refund me the total amount. Thank you for addressing this.

Subscription set up without permission

1 star review - Not sure what I am meant to be receiving but money has just been taking from my account with this name.

I had clicked a link 13/3/24 to get a baby bundle all you had to pay for delivery now today £41.68 has came out of my account and is saying a subscription has been set up. Unsure who I can contact cause I’ve had no emails

Since writing my 1 star review the company has been in contact with me and a refund has been processed. They have been very helpful, explaining their subscription etc and there has been a complete mix up and now been resolved.
