I absolutely loved taking my real estate pre licensure course through Michigan Institute of Real Estate. What first drew me to Michigan Institute of Real Estate is their passing rate of 95% and the various options in which you could choose to take the course. I choose the online course and it was perfect for a busy mom who works full-time. I feel that the information in the course was very clear and to the point. The knowledge and expertise of the instructors is very evident. I also opted to buy the key terms and key points index cards as well as the exam prep. It has made studying for the exam so much easier. Michigan Institute of Real Estate really has taken the time to cater all that they offer to best suit any student that chooses to take their courses. I would highly recommend anyone looking to get their real estate or brokers license to take their classes through Michigan Institute of Real Estate!
