The shoulder wrap is everything that is advertised. Anytime I feel pain, I put it on, and within 15 minutes, the pain is gone. I highly recommend it for anyone with shoulder cuff problems or stiff shoulders.

It is beyond me that character and integrity are in such arrears these days that a company with a product that actually works as described has to scam you for a $42.95 per month subscription you know nothing about until you notice it on your credit card statement. Awful customer service
Awful customer service. They charged me 6 times instead of 2. They are trying to scam you and find more ways to get more money! My dad tried one for neuropathy and the product did not seem to help a lot but maybe a little . I bought the second one and didn’t use because he died. They wouldn’t let me return it!

You will be forced into watching additional upgrade sales that you cannot opt out of up front. Not that the products were not decent but you had to sit through at least the first one.
It appears the products are worthwhile however I have not received them from just ordering today. If they live up to the info provided it will be worth while and appreciated.

BEWARE!! I received mine in January 2026. It was ok but the topofthe knee strap does not fit even with the extender (its entirely too large). But the problem is they are constantly charging my bank each month. They changed their name once I had my bank not pay the 2nd unauthorized charge. Then reported the third charge to my bank and guess what they changed their name again and has charged me again. Just fraudulent if I ever heard of one. Don't buy from this company there are others out their that sells this item and Im sure they won't be a scamming company like this one. Oh yes, I have emailed and emailed and called a number several times with no avail.

The first device they sent us did not operate properly. They said they would send another device which they did. We decided we just wanted to return it since it wasn’t an effective device so both items were returned one that quit operating the first week and one that wasn’t even opened. Paid for shipping out-of-pocket. There have been dozens of emails over a two month period, each reply from them saying they’re working on the refund. They don’t honor their return policy and they don’t provide a quality product
