Stay Away. Far Far away....that’s what they do once they get your money.
The product is a fraud and they disappear when you try to execute a return. They owe me $200.

Total scam! Product doesn’t work. Will refund BUT you have to pay for return shipping to CHINA!! Postage to China costs more than the refund you will receive, a loophole they clearly use to NOT honor money back guarantee.

The item has not worked for me and after several attempts to return within the 90 days I receive emails back saying keep trying - they will not honour their money back guarantee even though I have the original packaging and have done everything as asked - don’t buy this crap!

Do not use this company. Like other reviewers, I found the product didn't work and emailed to ask about returning it for a full refund. I was offered either a 30% refund or a 100% credit voucher - neither of which I wanted. This is a tiotal scam and I am not going to let them get away with it. I will be taking legal action.

Horrible customer service. Refund policy is a scam.
I ordered their product and it was shipped to the wrong address and returned to the warehouse. I emailed requesting a refund and declined having them reship it. I was told they would issue a refund as soon as they had confirmation it was returned to their warehouse. I received an email confirming it had been received and emailed customer service again to request the refund and they have yet to respond to me or issue a refund. This was a month ago. I'm now emailing them daily and getting no response.

absolute sham of a company spent $79aus promising 100% cash back guarantee. They only offer 30% refund or a credit note. They are a scam and preying on ppl with an incurable affliction that we all want desperately to fix. DO NOT USE THEM!

I would just like to echo the other two reviewers. A bot repeating the same thing after I said I wanted a refund and that I had decided not to use the product. I actually returned the parcel to a contact address, but it bounced back. Scam
An update - on 27 June I asked for a refund. After numerous emails, today (8August) I received £10.50 from a product of £35. The meagre sum has been explained. I would have to return the product to China, and that I would have to bear the cost of the postage. I could not ascertain any returns policy.

This company promises a money-back guarantee if their product doesn't work - but they refuse to honor it. After MANY emails, the best they would do was a 30% refund.

Terrible company. Promote a product that doesn’t work with a 90 money back guarantee. When you ask for a refund an AI bot tries to convince you to continue with the product. If you insist on getting your money back everything goes silent and it’s impossible to get a refund. Steer well clear absolute scam company
