I feel like I got scammed

I feel like I got scammed. I made an order, never went beyond it's being processed. Called the call center twice, got hung up on twice. Emailed, they said it's on the way and never looked at my order. My order was stuck in being processed since processed June 11. Finally moved to shipped on June 28. Nothing followed. The company offered a refund and then never took it back. When I said I will just go through my credit card company for the refund they processed right away however charged $10 restocking fee. Also all the responses were 5-6 days from mine. Terrible customer service, never got to try the gummies, just bad scam.

Perfect travel companion

Took these on my Europe trip last month. Helped with jet lag, sleeping in weird hotels, and staying energized during long touristy days. So much easier than packing a million bottles.
