Such a shame that I have to leave this review. In the last 12 months my deliveries have stopped arriving on time, I believe they used to use Royal mail but now Evri? Worst of all, I purchased a box three months ago and 2 more have arrived with automatic payment every month. I made contact last month where I was advised that no more would arrive, guess what, another box has turned up. I am now being told that it was a 3 month subscription, I wonder what the excuse will be next month?

I notice a difference both on the night and the next morning.

The shipping was very quick. The product is exactly as described. I am so grateful for a product that takes a bit of the pain out of the occasional drink.

I still have not received my order from April 18 and it's May 9. When I chatted with Myrkl, I was referred to DHL. DHL shipping says it's still in New Jersey. So I'm still waiting.

Everything! I contacted costumer service and they did not help me, the package arrived really really late!! At the time I was staying in that address for holidays and hoped it would arrive on time (because the estimate dates given by your page were short) and it arrived now that I'm not there anymore!

Great packaging, easy to use, and shipped in a reasonable amount of time.

Your pills were helpful, not a miracle, but they did relieve some of the symptoms of hangover.

I will continue to take them and perhaps do an update later.

DHL lost my order but MYRKL gave me a very quick refund - thank you!

I took 2 pills before a party, I felt fine the next day. I will be doing more research but I think it helped

Was skeptical after trying other similar products and not having much of a result. These actually work and have saved me many a hangover!

An email appeared in my inbox on 30th December from Myrkl stating not too late for New Years - order by midnight tonight and get free Next Day Delivery. Surprised by the claim I could get this on New Year's eve which was on a Sunday I went through the live chat and was informed that if I spent more than £50 before midnight I would get the order on the Sunday. I then got a text from Royal Mail saying my Myrkl parcel is due Sun 31 December 2023 by 7.30pm. I then got an email from Myrkl at 3.20pm on 31st December to say my order had been delivered. After several searches outside the house despite us being at home I couldn't find anything! Despite all this evidence which I have in emails/photos the customer service department kept to the line that they don't deliver on a Sunday or Bank Holidays. Hence the order arrived today - the 2nd January. It maybe me but all the correspondence I had said that the order would arrive on 31st December 2023. FYI after a long chat I was given a £10 credit to my account which is valid for 6 months only to spend on their products!!

Stay away from this company and there products they don’t work at all, then you have the trouble to send it all back it’s not worth the hassle! Not recommended.
