I just received my Mars 12" globe
I just received my Mars 12" globe. Very poor quality. If Olympus Mons wasn't marked as such you would never be able to guess where it was. No detail just light and dark areas. The poles are just black plastic caps. I also ordered the 12" Moon that will arrive tomorrow. I can't believe the Mars globe was of such poor quality. This might get a C grade for a 6th grade science project and I'm probably too generous.

No delivery, tracking not valid
I ordered in the same timeframe as the other recent reviewer and have had a near identical experience. This site is the retail arm of a well-known publisher so I assumed it was safe, but I was sent a tracking number that doesn't exist with any known carrier, and no order has arrived 4 weeks later.
Customer service did answer the phone when I called, but the representative was unable to tell me what carrier they had shipped the order with. Received an email reply a week after inquiring that didn't answer any of my questions. I would be understanding about shipping delays right now, but the lack of communication and transparency is a real concern.

Horrible service. No replies.
Will never buy from them again. Placed an order on 11/24, and all items were in stock so no back-orders. No fragile or restricted items that might delay shipping and delivery. The order was claimed to be shipped out on 12/2. Never received it. USPS tracking shows that the package is not even in the system. The shipping information they provided is fake.
Emailed them and called their customer service, no replies. Nobody answered my call.
As of now, this seems to be a scam.
Horrible seller. Stay away. You have been warned. If you decide to purchase from this shop, do it at your own risk.
