Worst experience ever. I’ve ordered a box for a friend as a part of his birthday gifts a month before his birthday and I didn’t hear anything from them for more than a year tried to contact them multiple times but no answer.

Never got the box. Customer service inexistent!
I ordered a box beginning of November, it was shipped but then it stopped in Germany for customs clearance.
Tried to contact Customer service to get the new tracking code, with no answer and no help. They didn't even worry about refunding me since it's mid January and I still haven't got it!
IS IT SCAM? It makes me believe that.
I can't believe there are still websites like this.
Good Quality Box - Terrible Quality Customer Service
The box was very nice, good value for money, though quite a few of the items seemed very basic and similar to things I already get at home.
However it is completely impossible to get hold of anyone in their customer services department. I have tried emailing, messaging through their website, messaging on facebook and messaging on instagram and have not had a single response beyond one autoresponse on facebook. It has been so frustrating just to get an answer to a very simple question, and I fear that if anything happens to my subscrition I could end up at a large loss. Until they improve their currently abysmal customer services, I am reluctant to purchase from the again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

Really loved the unboxing experience, the selection of snacks and treats and support the customer team gave me.
Found delivery to be super fast and when my box was stuck in customs they were very responsive in helping it being released. Received it in 4 days from ordering which was awesome! Highly recommend trying.

Love it so much! I had a few signature boxes already. I love they have all kinds of stuffs , snacks, mask, stationary , etc.
The items are quite a lot compare to other subscription boxes too. Not bad at all! I’d recommend the signature over deluxe box.
Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience. Do not recommend at all! Subscription is misleading, does not suggest that it will renew on the subscription section. In FAQs section for subscription info says 'coming soon'. Emailed their 'help' email address and the contact section on their website, and left a comment and a message via their facebook page. It's been a week and still no reply. I don't even mind having to pay for the 2nd box that I did not even realise that I was going to be charged for. I just want a reply to confirm that they will cancel any future subscriptions. Yet, no reply. So I have now had to lodge a complaint with my bank to resolve the issue. I really do hope that I won't have to cancel my debit card to stop this company from taking anymore payments from my account.
Do not make emails the only way for someone to cancel their subscription if you do not have the customer service capacity to cope.
I have signed up to other subscription services before in the past and have never had this sort of an issue when it comes to cancelling. Do not recommend them, and unfortunately do not think they will last as a business with this sort of service. If you want a good subscription box for snacks I recommend Tokyo Treats, their sign up, cancellation and resign up process is incredibly simple.
Just a bit of advice for the business if you want repeat customers make the cancellation process as easy as the sign up and I am sure you will find people returning.
But I for one will never shop with you again after this experience.

It took a while to ship, but when it finally got here, it was amazing. I got so many authentic snacks and a cute letter, it was the best. I would definitely recommend ordering from here!!
Sure the box is nice but customer service leaves much to be desired
Ordered beginning of March, understood that due to the pandemic things would be delayed. No communication or update by June. Any emails sent were ignored. Only way I garnered a response was via a bad Facebook review which got a response within 48 hours and the primary response was asking me to remove said review if they resolved my issue and I removed my review as I felt bad for them after they refunded me but after consideration and conversations with several Seoulbox customers I feel that I should provide a honest review not twisted by their want for no bad reviews. They refunded me at my request but they also tried to shift blame onto me (claimed they sent updates when I received nothing, whilst also claiming that I was being unfair as they were a small team greatly affected by the pandemic and couldn't respond as normal although at the sign of a bad review they could respond quick enough)
Obviously can't comment on the quality of the boxes as I never received one but their handling of issues and lack of customer service is definitely concerning. Small team or not they should be much more transparent and not shift blame onto customers.
