Ordered a dressing gown through Debenhams, it was issued from MyShoeStore. It was too big & so I returned it 3 weeks later still waiting for refund, I have sent all the evidence/proof of returned parcel , order doc from Debenhams emails etc. still not refunded. Disgraceful customer care, steer clear of this company.

Scammers through and through.
I ordered size 42 trousers. Did not fit. Fair enough. So went to return them and was given a 2p refund before I even posted the item back. I asked why and they said so they had a record of it and then I returned the items.
They then refunded me the remaining money apart from £3.35 they take as cost to return. I was confused by this as I thought I would get the whole figure.
I asked them about this and they explained this was the cost. I asked for evidence to show they are displaying this information clearly. They sent me a picture of their amazon page. I then asked for the link as I could not find this webpage and pointed out the item on the website showed free returns when purchasing.
They then did not come back to me so went to amazon, reported their scam, and got the remaining money returned to me.
AVOID at all costs
Ordered a pair of Jeans through Amazon, the size was well off, returned then and just received a 2 PENCE refund, Amazon have messaged them and assured me I can file a claim against them if they don't refund me, SCAM company, AVOID at all costs.
After finding this on Google reviews I am amazed Amazon let them trade on there.

Scammers kept my money
I returned 3 pairs of joggers, they lied as said I only returned 1. They only refunded 1 pair and kept my money. These scammers have zero custom service and just expect people to give up.
Trousers wrong length
Whilst the trousers I ordered, fitted ok round the waist, they were supposed to be 3/4 length. However, they only came down to my knee and I am only 5ft 3ins! More like a rather long pair of shorts which are nothing like the length illustrated, and not what I was hoping for. Also the stitching in the pockets had come apart so obviously no quality control. Disappointed.
Terrible service
Terrible service. I should have read the reviews first but trusted Amazon. As per other reviews item didnt fit. I returned it as requested. 0.02p offered as refund. They clearly are scamming people and hope people give up. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I will pursue this with Amazon and my credit card company.

Avoid this company at ALL costs
Ordered 2 pairs of summer flip flops. 1 pair fine - exactly what I wanted, the other pair were NOT what I ordered and paid for, much too heavy to take on holiday and totally different style. When I contacted seller to ask for returns label, I was told the person in despatch says they sent out the correct item. As I pointed out, I'd hardly be asking for a returns label, if I had received what I ordered. I sent a photo or the wrong pair as they clearly thought I was lying and suggested despatch take a trip to SpecSavers. I then ordered the pair I wanted from stylo-online not realising they are myshoestore1 trading as stylo-online and the exact same thing happened. They sent the wrong pair, then offered me 15% discount to keep them???? I told them in no uncertain terms I DONT WANT them, I want the ones I ordered. Once = mistake but to do it twice its just not acceptable. Waiting for my refund and have contacted Trading Standards about this unprofessional, incompetant cowboy company.
Poor customer service, in fact rude
Returned pack of 2 ladies trousers which were too long. Received 2pence refund!! They cost £16.99. After going back to amazon I received a further refund of £13.34, which was better. I queried this and was told that £3.35 was taken off for postage. But...I was told that if ordered the correct size this would not have happened!! Absolutely rude. Definitely never buy anything from them again
Avoid
I bought a trousers from that seller on Amazon and there are good reasons why not to buy from this seller:
1. Wrong sizing. I bought trousers that were supposed to be larger in the waist, but they turned out to be much too small.
2. I sent the trousers back. And this is where the whole problem begins. Myshoestore refunded me £0.02. When I asked, they replied that it was only for internal records, but I think it was to make the whole process more difficult. A few days after they received the package, I wrote another message and they wrote back that they will process a refund after receiving the item back on due course. I waited another 2 weeks and wrote again. They replied that they had not received the parcel or did not have enough information. I'm going to take advantage of the A to Z Amazon guarantee, and if it doesn't work out, I'm closing my Amazon account.
I need to make an update. Amazon issued a refund after contacting with Amazon Customer Support. It took 3 minutes to solve the problem.

Don't deal with this company. I sent back a imtem for a refund over 5 weeks a go still. Not received . I have given up trying to contact them.. and don't buy through Amazon they don't do anything to help you recover your money
great trousers nice stretch comfortable & look good
fast delivery ,very pleased with these trousers , as they have some stretch to them -i ordered size 8 this time as i wanted them more fitted [i am normally a size 10-12] and i am please with the result , i am a returning customer & the price is great for two pairs one navy one black pair of trousers& they are really comfortable with an elastic waist band ,easy to wash on a quick /fast wash @30 short spin & drip dry -dries really fast too which is a bonus i will be buying more very soon

I bought a pair of trousers on Amazon that were so far out on the size I ordered I had to weigh myself to see if I’d put on weight. Trousers cost £15.99 so I sent them back and received a refund for £0.02. What planet do they think I’m from? Anyway I’m fighting Amazon for a full refund and I intend to get it. The point is that Myshoestore think they can rip people off and get away with it. It may be just a small amount of money but their principles are disgusting. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SPEND A SINGLE PENNY WITH THIS COMPANY.

No Customer Service!
Sadly I am forced to give this Company a 'Star rating' but I will immediately point out that it should be zero stars! I was searching for something online and this Company appeared; looking at the Adult Size Chart the chest size for the item was shown as '62cm.' This equates to around '24 inches' and so I contacted the Company for confirmation of the size of the item. Here I am more than a week later and I have heard not a word. Do they want Customers? They obviously have no idea of Customer Service! I'll forget this Company and look for a Retailer I can trust.
