 I bought this mattress for nearly $4000 and within eight months of sleeping on it. It has started to sag on both sides of the bed so when we line it there is a big mound in between us. I bought it because I had back pain from my previous mattress and according to the company who has all the technology to measure your weight in your height and all the sales pitch baloney that they go through this was supposed to be the most suitable mattress. For the first few months it was fine but now it’s absolutely hopeless and I’m thinking of having to get a new one. I tried to contact the company but all they say on their website is that indentation of the mattress is a natural occurrence and so I decided not to fight the company. These days you’ll never win you’ll never get a refund. You’ll never get a replacement so that’s just not worth the stress. But they’ve got my $4000 and I am definitely not happy. Would definitely not recommend this rubbish mattress to anybody.

Stay away. We bought a mattress recently with a Red/Blue combo, and we only got a good sleep for three weeks before the mattress lost support. It is now very uncomfortable to sleep on and MySide have refused to provide any support on the purchase. Any other brand will be better than a MySide mattress.
