It was my first purchase with Mysie By Tahira but I was able to engage all my inquires with the team and they put me at ease. Both dresses are beautiful as pictured on there site.

The customer service is absolutely horrible. You are constantly lied to and ignored. I was so stressed and freaking out and the lady does not help at all she will ignore your messages and lie to you about every little thing making you feel crazy as when u question it they completely disregard it and give an irrelevant reply. So many times i was promised my dress would be delivered on 27 march, i asked for the dispatch date which then i was also told 27 march, they did not make sense i even asked in urdu and still they avoided answering that. I was told my dress was shipped but when asking a diff number for the same company i was told the dress is in QA and has not yet been shipped. I am so happy i no longer have to speak to the customer service team as they drive you so mad. I am also really happy with my dress it is beautiful but make sure you order way in advance as they do not stay on timelines.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this brand. I placed an order worth PKR 135,000 and paid the full amount in advance, yet my order was delivered 11 days late. Throughout this delay, their customer service was unacceptable. They did not pick up my calls, did not reply to my messages, and completely ignored me despite my repeated attempts to contact them from multiple numbers. I was only able to get a response when I contacted them from a completely different number.
Even after that, they kept giving excuses and false assurances, saying that the parcel had been received and would be dispatched soon, but they kept delaying it. When I asked for proof of dispatch, they did not provide it immediately and only shared the receipt the next day. This entire process was stressful, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating.
What made it even worse was that this order was for my brother’s wedding, and I received the dress only three days before the event. For such an expensive order, this level of service is unacceptable. Their policies are also ridiculous: if the dress is below PKR 150,000, they demand full advance payment, and if it is above PKR 150,000, they take half in advance. I paid in full and still went through this terrible experience.
Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any clothing brand. I would not recommend this brand to anyone unless you can personally visit their Lahore store and deal with them face to face. Otherwise, ordering from them is a huge risk.

I went against my better judgement and went with these guys to design my wife’s dress

And the dress in my wife’s eyes came out perfect

They did everything as they said all the measurements lined up, delivery was actually much better than expected

I put in fortnightly reminders just to text them for updates and progress which they was prompt with texting back

100% go with them

It was an amazing experience .the fitting embroidery ,work and details all are just perfect . Especially the stuff very friendly and Humaria thank for best cooperation and being so helpful

Incredibly unhelpful and will never order from mysie again. You can see all my other reviews, I only leave good reviews for companies or places. They forced me to leave a bad review because of how horribly they have messed up my order and now don’t help at all in anyway. May as well not have a contact number because nobody can even read anything it seems.

I ordered a formal dress from them. Dress is really beautiful, size is perfect , stitching is good , their staff was really helpful and communicated very well but the fabric quality especially sleeves was poor . The fabric quality of the sleeves was poor. They were already damaged upon arrival, and after wearing the dress once, holes started appearing in multiple areas.

Awful customer service, ordered a medium size dress selected ready for delivery option which promises to get the suit to you by 10 days. Did not receive it until 4 weeks later, the clothes were a different colour from what the suit photo suggested and was sized incorrectly more like a small. It was for my engagement in a matter of days I needed a suit and they stopped responding to me. I ordered from several pakistani designers and have never had issues on delivery or sizing. I paid over £250 for a ugly outfit, paid for extra modest lining - very immodest, trousers are so big. Hate everything about it - my first and last time shopping here and would never recommend anyone to order from here especially if you do not live in pakistan.

Rude, uncooperative and unprofessional staff.
Took 3 months to make a dress and then on the date of delivery started making up stories stopped answering my calls, when i literally fought them and asked for refund then i was given a date which was 8 days after.
Today I received the dress and its so poorly stitched, the neckline dors not sit AT ALL! Its not my size, they’ve taken my shoulder measurement as 13.5 while the one I received is 17, the dress is a COMPLETE DISASTER!!!
Thread stings hanging out, zips not moving, it too loose (almost size L while my measurements were as XS), surely looks like they’ve just handed over an old sample article to me to get done with it.

Got let down by some big designers last minute with 3 weeks to go until a wedding.
Got in touch with the team at Mysie and cannot thank them enough.
In under a week, not only did I have my order confirmed, outfit shipped out and arrive to me in the UK, they updated me with pictures and videos of my outfit throughout the process.
The team were absolutely excellent and showed nothing but courtesy and professionalism.
