Their staff is always so helpful and kind. Their office space and facilities are top notch and we love their kid days.We have been seeing Dr. Neilson for the last ten years and plan on being with him for many more.

Was feeling very anxious about having my wisdom tooth out today, the dentist and his colleague really helped make me feel calmer and had the tooth out in less than 2 minutes with no pulling involved was very impressed with the service I received today thankyou

I went in to see if I would be a good candidate for implants. The sales person, Jennifer, was very accommodating and friendly- until I told her I wanted to wait a day or two to do some research before I committed. She became very aggressive, argumentative and loud. I walked out of the office feeling defensive and beaten-down. I only wanted to do a little research- I don't understand why that caused her so much fear, but I will not deal with a business that is that aggressive. I wanted to purchase a service, not be sold one

Terrible, thankfully I only bought the impression kit and not the aligners. Customer service don't even respond when you have questions

Avoid and don't waste your money.

Whatever you do avoid this office at all cost. Especially Dr Ayouby. He lies and so does his staff. The office may look nice but this office has caused me more pain than I've ever experienced in any dental office. They are very unprofessional and have no empathy. It's disturbing to me that I will be stuck going back here till I get the crowns put on my implants. I switched dentists there for the time being so I don't have to deal with Dr Ayouby anymore. After surgery I was sent home with 6 Tylenol 3 and when I called the office because my face was still extremely swollen and bruised the nurse said she would send over more Tylenol 3 but she didn't. She then proceeded to tell the Dr that I threatened her for narcotics and I was name calling. To this moment I'll never know what the heck she was talking about. It's been 3 days and my face is still swollen and bruised and I can't eat. I wish I had done more research before choosing this office. They just seemed so nice at first but it's all an act. They don't care about their patients they just care about the money. If you need a trustworthy dentist who does a good job I know one in riverside so just send me a message and I'll send you his info.

I recently tried out daytime teeth aligners and I couldn't be happier with the results. The process was incredibly easy and convenient, and I was able to wear the aligners during the day without any discomfort or noticeable appearance.

The aligners were custom-made to fit my teeth perfectly by using an Impression Kit (which was very easy to use), and I could feel them working to straighten my teeth over time. What I loved most about these aligners is that I could wear them during the day and remove them at night, which made them much more practical than traditional braces or other teeth aligners.

I also appreciated the fact that the daytime aligners did not interfere with my daily activities or cause any speech impediments. In fact, most people didn't even notice that I was wearing them!

Excellent value for money. I have got my confidence back and I’m not afraid to smile anymore. I have always wanted aligners to straighten my teeth but was quoted over £4000 by my dentist which I couldn’t afford. I came across My Signature Smile on line and it was so much more affordable for me. Everything came in lovely packaging and the process was simple. My first impression wasn’t good enough but within 2 days they sent me another kit out! The treatment has been worth ever penny. Thank you 😊

Stupidly paid upfront. My teeth all slant inwards slightly which was what I wanted fixed.

When the impressions kit arrived, it kept making reference to checking the imprints against their imprint checklist. My pack didn't have one. I called their number and was told that checklist doesn't exist. Instructions were hard to follow and there were a couple of spelling mistakes. Very unprofessional.

I stupidly sent my imprints back, hoping the service would improve. I then received an email saying my aligners had been sent. So I called to say that I hadn't okayed anything. I was told that the email had been sent in error. Again, poor service.

I then received my treatment plan but my teeth wouldn't be straight still. I emailed to say this and received "an updated" treatment plan which was exactly the same. I emailed again, to say I wanted straight teeth and was told that they couldn't do it. Apparently I would need a procedure that files my teeth down in order to straighten them?! Sounds like nonsense to me. I asked for a refund as they couldn't give me what I wanted and they took £130 for the impressions kit and an admin fee. When I asked what the admin fee was for, they couldn't tell me.

I was sucked in as this company was so cheap but unfortunately they are cheap for a reason. Do not use this company. If they can't even get the spelling correct in their literature and tell you to check your imprints against something that doesn't exist, you should not trust them with your teeth.

I've opened a PayPal dispute to hopefully get a full refund.

Overall great value for money. Quality service and quick responses to messages. I would definitely recommend them . I am on my last aliner and there's a massive improvement between when I started and where I am now. I am really happy.

Like another reviewer below me - I was not sent any written treatment plan or instructions for use. I even emailed them asking for instructions but never received any, even after raising this. The aligners just showed up at my door - only 4 of them which I should have known wouldn’t be enough.

After meticulously following the plan, I realised I needed 1-2 more sets after my last set of aligners so I emailed them with an image of my teeth asking for a consultation, and offering to pay a bit more for the extra sets. The team said if I couldn’t send them images taken after each aligner (which they never ever asked me to do, as there were zero instructions…), they could not help me and then proceeded to ignore all my emails. I have since contacted a proper aligners company and regret this poor choice of company that cannot be trusted. Communication is very poor, and they couldn’t care less about your teeth after they take your money. AVOID.

I received my impression kit a few days after making payment. I sent the impression kit back after making an impression of my teeth. There was no tracking, so after not hearing anything back after a week, I sent an email. Turns out they had received it; no problem as it could’ve been delayed by the courier.

Then, I received an email saying I would receive my treatment plan within 7-10 working days. All of a sudden, I received my aligners at my front door. They never sent me a treatment plan but insisted they send it to me and it may have gone to spam. I checked my spam and nothing in there. Let’s just say, it went to spam. Don’t you wait for your customers to approve the treatment plan before making a decision on their behalf?

I got in touch with them as I was not happy with the treatment plan, plus the aligner did not fit me. They were happy to either refund me or send a new impression kit and go through the whole process again. Now, thinking about it, I regret not getting a refund as they are scammers.

So did my impression and sent it back to them. This time the label came with tracking details. Great! They sent me a treatment plan as well. Amazing! I was not happy with the treatment plan. The person I spoke to, “Danielle”, was aware of my concerns. They mentioned the orthodontist was unable to pursue any alternative measures at that time. Fair enough, they’re experts in the field.

I did not respond to Danielle straight away as I was debating if it was even worth going ahead with the treatment plan as I was not happy.

I received an email from Danielle on 27th which explained that orthodontists are unable to make changes to the plan as I stated above. On 29th, I received an email stating the aligners had been dispatched. Excuse me? Like I shouldn't be surprised as they have already done it to me before. I don’t remember approving the treatment plan I was sent. Danielle was aware I was not happy and did not even make sure if it was okay to go ahead to the next step.

Please avoid this company as they are only after your money, as they don’t care if you are happy with the treatment plan or not.

I’m so pleased with the outcome of my treatment. Throughout everything the Signature Smile team have been on hand to answer every question I have had (and there have been lots!) I love my teeth and smile now. I also have teeth whitening – which has worked but I have awful sensitivity now but hoping this will only last a few days (reading about it online it’s very common after teeth whitening) I highly recommend!

The process has been very smooth. I am currently on my 10th Aligners and have seen a big difference!

My experience with Signature Smile has been great – I originally bought the impression kit and was so impressed with the quality and results of the treatment plan that I decided to start my aligner journey. I cannot believe the transformation in my teeth – would 100% recommend.

Was sceptical at first a they're cheaper than other brands but I'm so glad I went for it. Everything was clear, the communication was amazing, and the results are incredible. Recommended to friends and family that have also used them and they're just as pleased.
