These sheets are soft and comfortable. My first set did have a few loose threads after the second washing. Customer service was great there is a warranty and they sent a new set. I'm happy so far no issues.

The sheets are extremely linty. I washed them twice when I first received. My washer was coated with fibers. The dryer lint trap was overflowing. They have continued to shed as I’ve slept on them. There’s lint everywhere. Sheets this expensive should not shed like this.

I have only washed the sheets once. They look and feel good. So soft! I only purchased one set of sheets initially. Decided to order another set. After I thought the order was complete checked back to make sure the order was done. Lost the order somehow, placed the credit card order and all. It was after 5 so left a message. Ann called me this am, I didn’t have an order number. Reordered the sheet set. Ann said I could order another a second sheet set. No charge for the second sheet and I could order another size and only pay the difference. A queen sheet was $5 more than twin. So order placed and hopefully all went well. Ann was very patient and helpful. Thank you so much!
